I order a prototype of a laptop lock with fingerprint sensor. The order keeps delayed for months and when it arrived, it doesnt turn on even when charged. When I ask for refund the site only reject one sidedly without me having chance to appeal.

I have been shopping on Alibaba for several years and my annual purchases is over $500,000. I started using Made in China late last year and so far i have placed over 5 orders which exceeds $100,000.00 in purchases. M. I. C is the worst experience. It doesn't provide any flexibility to customers and is entirely supplier centric. While placing the order i had asked my supplier to include inspection (value added services) which she did not. Later after the order was placed she assured me to add the inspection service and i have kept requesting my supplier to amend or modify orders or add inspection services which she again didn't. Then i had to ask STS customer service to to provide me with inspection services for which i had to make separate payment outside of Made In China. Your platform is designed to make the customers life very difficult and doesn't give the customer the ability to make the order as they would like. Your platform takes ages to credit the supplier with payments made and as a result leads to delay in shipping. Your platforms inspection services with the same service providers as Alibaba such as BV and SGS is $100 more expensive. I have stopped sourcing suppliers on your platform and asked my existing suppliers to move to Alibaba for my payment protection or i will stop doing business with them. You will loose many customers in time because your competitor Alibaba has a better more user friendly platform.

I liked the app, but I have a problem with the marketers as they don't fully understand my needs. I was looking for products that are exact copies, but they don't provide the real prices for all product grades and instead ask me to choose without giving full details.

What I ordered and what I received were not the same, the product is unable to be used in Canada and electricians here won't even look at it to try and make it usable. Never again will I buy from China.

Received product is remarkably different than all images used. Size was listed as 12.8kg and the product is about 1kg. Chest circumference, hip circumference, height and waist sizes exceedingly smaller than advertised. Distributor did not disclose the products actual weight or size and after waiting weeks I was left with a product that did not meet my expectations at all. Refund will be required to prevent further complications.

Have a load of lights sitting in China that the supplier won't take back and cannot be shipped. Made in China does not stand by it's guarantee!
