The last piece was delivered to the wrong warehouse and no one at that warehouse can confirm a delivery date. But if I'm late on a payment you can bet they'll be on me like bear on honey. I'll buy at store where I pay cash and carry. Don't believe anything they say about a delivery date or time. They speak with forked tongue!

This occurred twice on July 2,2023. Men were in the women's dressing room. I asked for security to remove, and was informed it is against Georgia law to ask someone to leave a dressing room. I was informed all dressing rooms are unisex, THERE IS NO SIGNAGE FOR THIS! This is a dangerous situation.

I retuned some things back to Macy's and they have not refunded my money on my Macy's card. Approximately $1000

Impossible to get any service on the chat line, mostly incompetent personnel who cut you off when they no longer want to explain their errors or their incompetence. Returned an online purchase, was given a partial refund, the balance was apparently (they claimed) applied to Star Reward program which was never credited! Chatted twice with CS and got no answer for the zero balance weeks after return! Going not just Kohl's way, now probably JCP way as well. Good luck!
Remember when Macy's was a quality high-end store? Well, now it's a chinese, DEI junk store. I've rec'd clothes unfinished, torn, tagless and really poor quality. I have been waiting for a $150 refund for 8 weeks. 3 phone calls later and I'm told I'll have it in 5 days. I've been told this twice before so not really optimistic. If you are lucky you get an English speaking person. Most likely you will get someone with a high-pitched heavily accented voice from the Philipines.

I ordered June 13 and until today i have not receive it yet. When you track it only show, leaving the center, arrive in the center then ready to fly. Its a waste of time and money. Do not buy from Macy's, its a scam website.

We selected a few items worth thousands on line and headed to the store to talk to a sales person as we had a few questions, wanted to try some mattresses and hoped to put the order in the store.

We went to ask her about the size she was very rude she said we don't have
My husband asked the price of that show she said I don't know!

Macy's online was a bad experience for me; I purchased a pair of black boots online and paid with my credit card. One minute after I purchased the product, it disappeared from the store, and all I could see were boots that were green and brown. I was surprised; how could I purchase the last pair of boots that such a big store had? Well, it wasn't so. They indeed did not have these boots in black, and maybe did not even have them when I purchased them, alas they did take my money!
Macy's emailed me an invoice that read that everything was fine and dandy and that I'd receive the delivery within five days. They never emailed me another response. Only when I went online to my Macy's account I could see that this transaction did not go through and within one day they stated that it was canceled. Again- the money was still not in my credit card account.
I called my credit card company and they said that they could not release the money into my account because "the purchase was not clear". They asked me to wait. It has been five days since this transaction occurred and the money is still not being released into my account.
This is the last time I'm purchasing from Macy's. I purchased a pair of pants online before this last incident and the delivery came quite late. Overall- I am not happy with Macy's service. There is nobody to talk to on the phone, and they don't answer emails. If I could give them minus five stars, I would!
I was told just today by the IL Attorney Generals office to put this on social media. This time last year a person in an Ohio Macy's store spent over 700.00 on Father's Day gifts. Because of my low vision when I made a payment to the card number that was charged off and not my new replacement card number Macys refused to refund my mistake payment. Even the Attorney General was given the same story… There is no possible way Macys can issue a refund on a charge off account. I called Macys several times and was told as many times that the accociates have no manager on staff for me to speak with. One rep told me that Macys did what I asked them to do with my payment and it was her own business, she would not refund my mistake either, even though I am a handicapped senior citizen. So, as the IL Attorney General's office has agreed with me… Macys has stolen from a good customer! OK, I WAS a good customer!

I purchased Cookware set on June 7 and opted for an Express Shipping where it was written as 1-2 Business Days. As I need the things asap then I don't mind to pay an extra USD 15 for the Express Shipping cost.
What I found our now on June 8 from their site that the items is "On the way, Arrives by Monday, Jun. 12" whilst if it 1-2 business Days it should be arrived by 8 or 9 June. I felt ripped off by paying an extra cost for 3 Days shipping instead of 1-2 Days

I needed a new dresser. I also needed the old dresser hauled away or least taken down a flight of stairs. I specifically asked if this could be done. I was told it could be done if I pay extra for the so called whole glove service so I purchased the dresser. When the delivery guys came they said they can't do it. The could move the old dresser which would block the bedroom doorway. I am in a boot and on crutches. It would be dangerous and irresponsible to block the bedroom doorway. Terrible customer service stay far away from Macy's
Very disappointed! Since a severe accident in and out of hospital for 2 years flat lined and coma I'm just learning to walk again I was canceled because I didn't use my card. No thought of a customer with no late payment I always paid more but their ethics are none I feel they have no respect for my health are well standing. I'm still unable to drive 2 hours to a store close to me and I do not do online. I'm a hands on person. But they only care of money not a persons life. I'm struggling but I'll get there and I will never reapply I already know what their thought is on their customer. I'll use any of my other multiple cards but.
