This is the worse Lyft driver EVERRRR. He asked how much my rent was for one! 2. He made fake damage claims to get another 20$ then lied and said he returned my keys ( WHICH I DONT CARRY BC MY CAR IS NOT NEAR HERE) so how did you find keys I never had on me, just to try and charge me 15$ luckily I changed my card back so they couldn't charge me. MARC YOURE A LOSER BIG TIME, I hope you find a job that requires you to be LESS OF A CREEP!
Lyft is absolutely DISGUSTING. My boyfriend and I got attacked by a Lyft driver because he couldn't do his job & they literally let him lie about the whole situation! My boyfriend is scraped up just because of a Lyft ride. I didn't get to any destination that was paid for, I didn't get any refund, the Lyft support lady was disgustingly rude and weird and useless. I will never use Lyft ever again in my life. UBER WOULD NEVER! Exactly why I'm sticking with them & I will continue to make it known how disgraceful this service is as it's supposed to "protect passengers". They didn't protect a thing or do anything about the situation knowing the driver is the one who started the physical fight. There's proof and all. Good luck to anyone who has a problem with Lyft because they are extremely unprofessional. They simply do not care. Ashlyn is the girl I spoke with and she was rude and completely helpless and I wasted my time even saying anything to her weird self. Do better Lyft!

Every Lyft driver has been canceling on me because they see how much money I pay for the ride. I think it is NOT fair that just because I cant pay more that $15 for a ride that I dont get one at all. There shouldnt be the wait and save option then. Lyft and uber are really bad and I have heard a lot of people getting kidnapped lately.
I have been using Lyft almost daily for over a year. The rewards program really is useless. The company just added the rewards program to portray some kind of gesture. If I'm using Lyft because I don't have transportation why in the heck would I be collecting rewards through flights. Smh. Only using app because I have to. Real rip off.
Driver took me north instead of south heading to my job. He took me back to Greyhound Bus Station. I called police because he refused to take directions from me. The Lyft App wasn't working properly and he was unwilling to listen. I know where I'm going. I need a refund and he needs to be fired. Why would I give him the wrong address. I have a screenshot of everything. He needs to be fired. I will be pursuing this matter and have video supporting my claim. I got an Uber and reached Milner, GA with no problem. ATLANTA TO MILNER, GA IS SOUTH NOT NORTH. Please Google it and let Jonathan know. I previously sent this information and got 2 different threatening responses. I need a refund AND someone to call me which I previously requested.
Bad service amd to those who do flex drive (rent the car to them) they change the policy with out the driver agreeing to them amd also the schedule a 3 hour trip and expect the driver to use there barely 400 personal miles to get back home so basically 167 mile will get deducted from the 400 personal miles and if the driver dares to exceed the 400 Miles even by 1 mile the have the audacity to charge them 300 extra.
Which is stupid cause the drivers barely make 200 extra after paying the rental.

I'm so tired of Lyft. It's always saying your driver will arrive in "___" minutes and it takes at least 20+ minutes for me in queue not including the time that the drivers will arrive. Then, when I finally get connected to a driver they easily cancel on me. Yesterday and the day before I was waiting a whole hour in the rain when it said 6 minutes of wait time. I'm paying my good money. I have somewhere I really really have to be today and again, probably an hour wait. I don't ever write bad reviews so this is proof that they really suck. Driver made me wait 20 minutes just to cancel on me. And I get it, it's not the drivers fault all the time. Lyft needs to be better at getting more drivers on the app or don't claim it as easy access for everyone. There should be a penalty for cancelling drivers or at least raise the pay so there can be more drivers? You can't have an app where you can easily take money but not easily give access to everyone. Im a young small girl that would really like access to rides quickly for safety purposes. This is putting myself AND job at risk because I'm always arriving late to work BECAUSE OF Lyft. It never used to be like this so I never know what to expect. I wake up an hour early to book just for the same damn thing.
I set my rides up now hours in advance and they still don't get me on time or at all... I've been late to work on numerous occasions because of this... And they double charge me for no apparent reason when they feel like it as well...
I will NEVER use Lyft again! I took a very expensive ride for $35 on 3/4. They proceeded to charge me again for rides that I NEVER took on 3/6 and 3/8! You would think it would be simple to have nonexistent rides refunded. Not with Lyft! When I emailed them, they asked for "proof" even though I had already sent them my banking statement showing the bogus charges! So, I gave more detailed proof as requested. I get a reply from someone named, Seb. Seb said, "I see this needs to be escalated and researched with another department. We will be in touch at a later date". WHAT?! What kind of a response is that? So fine, whatever, I waited. Then today they charged me AGAIN! I contact them again and tell them that my $35 ride has now cost me $140 and they are still charging! I get this reply, "We see that issue is currently being investigated. You will be notified when we have resolved the issue. Take care!" Completely unacceptable on every level! I tried to remove all of my payments from the Lyft app so they can't continue to charge bogus, nonexistent rides. I can't delete any of my payments. You used to be able to but not anymore. So they can keep tacking on charges and "investigating" but that is costing me money that I don't have to spare! I am livid! And, I am not letting this go until every last penny is refunded!
I have badly sperince working for lytf. Lytf is swap trips and drives and passenger are very mad I have to handle a situation two days ago lytf swap passenger when I was there I received a cancelation saying passenger cancel I continued drive on the parking lot and I found my passenger the one lytf saying he cancel on me he was angry because he has to wait for another driver I pulled my phone and told you cancel he do same he gets a message i cancel I have to told is no drivers is lytf and I told this is not my first time this situation is happening every day dealing with this bs
It was a cold Saturday when me and me and the boys hit the town. We soon found ourselves completely intoxicated and realized we needed a ride home. Unfortunately, I only had Lyft installed on my phone. When we called our driver, he was extremely rude and was not able to come for 45 MINUTES! When he arrived his car was filthy, crumbs, baseball cards, and worst of all, wasps, wasps, and mores wasps, it was almost too dangerous to drive with him! Not only did he drive in the middle of the road, but he refused to turn his radio down, which was dialed in to the dove, it was absolute hell. When we finally arrived at our destination, he refused to let us out until we gave him a tip. I will never use this app again. Worst experience EVER!
I took a Lyft to the grocery store, bought groceries and then spent an hour trying to get a Lyft back, but Lyft has ZERO drivers out. I had to walk my groceries back 3 miles in the snow and negative temperatures. I contacted Lyft and the customer service representative says "sorry, it won't happen again." A teenager response, not a billion dollar company response. I hope this company gets sued over some crap like this. Poor in every category. Abysmal.
Driver contacted me after ride and said he found a Hyundai key after my ride and asked if it belonged to me I replied yes. No response after 2 more days so I contacted corporate office to see if they could assist... Corp office supposedly reached out to driver and now the driver is claiming he no longer can find my key. Gets better, corp office contacted me 2 days after this and said driver had found my car key and then same day later contacted me and now the driver no longer can find my key AGAIN! What a JOKE. DO NOT RIDE WITH LYFT EVER! Had to pay $395 for a new key because I can not wait for their back and forth not knowing what day they will have my key and next day not. RIDICLOUS
I use to be a driver for lyft. I have a lot of issues with the app. They kept deactivating my account even tho I submitted all the proper documents and met all the requirements. I sent my pictures of my license and a selfie and they would not activate my account. I am a black young woman and have been discriminated against. Lyft is racist! And I have friends who this has also happened too. I am very disappointed in the entire lyft staff. Especially matt in support. God will take care of Lyft:-)
I'm katja kook and i'm beyond upset Hello good morning I'm doing great hope your doing well but that driver was very unprofessional she only called one time she didn't even try to look for and it was next door also the 2 ride I ordered she made it like I was in her car and never was Lyft driver eddie drop me off and he found the place with no problem he was very helpful and gave him a nice review he also made feel better by day contact you guys to discuss the issue because he agreed with me I never had a problem with Lyft I love lift lift is a good company and for this bad experience to happen to me makes me very upset that my card was charged twice due to a driver that didn't even try did even call me to find my location and on the second order she didn't even drop me off she didn't even pull up she never showed up but she put down that she dropped me off and she never did that was very ridiculous for her to do and if you can find it why would you except the ride again if you couldn't find me and how do you drop somebody off in 2 min it really does not make sense
This company that is supposed to give people another alternative to Uber or Cab Drivers is abominable. The drivers are unprofessional, the customer service is non-existent and when you do get to complain you get a robot that is programmed to supposedly appease you and make you happy by giving you $5.00. Which is totally unprofessional for a National Company like this. My Cat has more professionalism than this company does. Please, please do not use this company if you value your job or your life. I could write a book on do's and do not's for this company just on my experience alone. Again, I urge you to not use this company.
I hired my mom a lyft and paid for her to be drove to the store and drove back by the same driver. When she come out side from the store to leave the driver was gone. He would not return and she had to pay and hire a second Lyft driver to bring her back home a ride that should have cost $8 round trip ended up costing $32 and we can't get customer service on the phone at all horrible company horrible customer service stick with Uber
Answer: They randomly out of the blue deactivated my account. This was there explanation. We found your account to be violating our Terms of Service and you will no longer be able to use the Lyft platform. I can honestly I have not violated anything so clearly there is something wrong with there information but the worst thing is they dont even tell you what the problem is. Oh well guess take my business to uber instead.
Answer: Lft runs different promotions and depending on promotion they promise a signup bonus(500-1100$). Now if they really pay the bonus it's totally up to their discretion.in my case they didn't pay. I completed the 60 Rides required in the first 30 days, which was the requirment to qualify for the bonus but they still didn't pay. After a brief email exchange with a lyft employee(they do not give their position or full name) they stopped answering. Now I am filing a complain with BBB and I will let you know where it goes when I have updates.
