Done with Lyft. The last 4 rides were horrible. 2 trips home from airport with drivers blasting music and refusing to turn it down. Both cars reeked of weed and drivers were rude. Next ride from train station, (which I refused) driver's crying infant is in the car. Last trip, driver picked up the wrong passenger leaving me stranded and at risk of missing my flight. Lyft customer service was unreachable. Had to call a yellow cab then fight the Lyft charge for a ride I didn't take.
This company is a scam. This is a real human not a robot. I really rented a car with lift rental program and I really lost money doing it. I'm talking about the cost of gas and the cost of the rental. They had me working 10+ hours a day just to cover the cost of the rental and then on top of that I came out of pocket for gas money of which I didn't have. This company is a scam do not ever ever ever ever ever try to work for Lyft the riders will pay $100 for a ride and you'll get $15 if you're lucky out of it. You working for under a minimum wage, and on top of that you're paying out of pocket. The only thing you get out of it is a rental car but again no amount of work you're doing and creepy situation as you get in is not worth it don't ever do this to take my advice

I ride with left as a service that my health insurance provides (cigna) i ride to the fitness center most every day and my only complaints is if they do not find a driver for me right away they drop my request with out telling me. Well i still need a ride home. Is there a way to fix this kitchen?

Evil organization that is dedicated to stealing from customers. They admitted to having my things and were unwilling to return
1) When the ride happened I was about 75 miles away from the pickup location.
2) I don't share my Lyft account with anyone
3) I can prove that I didn't take the ride because my job is Federally Regulated
Because I didn't order the ride AND I didn't take the ride, I'm afraid that I won't be giving any more business to Lyft.
I think it's pretty crappy when you request a ride and they take the money out of your debit card or your bank account and then when you want to leave the driver a tip on that same card they double charge you! They charge you the initial charge and then another charge with the tip included which makes it kind of hard for people that are low income or people that are getting from point A to point B that don't really have that extra money to have their financial institution hold on to it for five to seven days! This is ridiculous this is why I will not take Lyft again! Why can't Lyft simply just add the tip onto what is already been paid? Why do they have to double charge me? I think this policy is pretty stupid and it's not user friendly! If I had all this extra money for my financial institution to hold on to for the double charge I wouldn't be using Lyft now would I! You really should stop doing this to your customers it's not fair and it's not a good business practice! Especially since you already charged me for the ride initially! You promote tipping the driver but only it causes more problems in the long run that's why I will not tip and I will not use Lyft again. I'm not wealthy I can't afford for that $14.46 to be held 5 to 7 days I needed it today!
I requested a Lyft for a 12 min ride and it's charging me 67.00 and I used Uber and they charged 16.00 Lyft you have to do something for your customers. This doesn't make any sense ALL
I live in a semi rural area. Promised a guaranteed pickup after making reservations 2 weeks ahead of time. This was for my quarterly doctor's appointment.
Didn't notify that they were canceling until after being 30 minutes late and after they charged my card. There's a reason why they don't have a phone number to call.
At least Uber didn't guarantee my reservation. I can't rate them as I didn't book with them.

I ride Lyft every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday around 7:30 in the morning since October 2022. Yesterday i signed up for a ride and it said my price was $7.67...the price I normally pay. I had 2 drivers cancelled on me and then the price goes up to $18.99. There was no bad weather and I was late to work because of this. So now my ride money for the week was spent on that one ride to work and I was told that I do not qualify for a refund. So it's cool to penalize me for their company's and employees' mistakes? I honestly think I need to find new transportation because I don't want them to steal my money again.
Lyft overcharge u if u don't pay attention to ur charges.I was charged 79.99$ for a ride that was 19.99$. U will see the charge after the completion of the ride.when u try to reach out to them then obviously its next to impossible to talk to them in person.They will chat u up but they ain't helping u.Best believe they will deny to hear u out and blame u instead..
No driver showed up for a ride that was reserved 10 hours ahead. Nearly missed our flight. Cost us $180 for airport parking. Do not trust lyft
Lyft treats drivers horrible. The customer service is terrible. They have not resolved any issues i have had appropriately. They are not giving me my rewards or bonuses. They refuse to pay me what I should be payed. Again I have repeatedly contacted customer service about issues and they just say oh well you aren't getting paid. They also pay another less than Uber.
Booked a Lyft ride and had it confirmed and billed for next morning pick up. It turned out to be no show, no call, no notice from lyft.

The worse customer service ever. I'm a driver. Lyft Customer service is not fair and helpful at all. Uber do wayyyy better.
Simple driver was at the wrong address miles away, but we still got charged plus a no show fee. The driver cancelled an there was no way of communicating let him know he was at the wrong address not the address we gave. Lyft steals your money customer service took his side so we lost out, we ended up calling Uber we had no issues they were there in minutes. Lyft is horrible!
I ordered a Lyft for 3 hours seeings cars within 10 minutes of me they took $50 from my bank and said it would take 5-7 business days to get it back because it's a temporary hold. This ruined my whole day because I had no money that day to begin with.
I use Lyft service to and from airport, the driver show up at wrong gate location and expected me walk 300 feet to where he was parked for 10 minutes he says (which was a lie), he didn't want to circle back around to the (DFW) the correct gate location. I walked towards the vehicle and asked him why he didn't want to circle back around (with a heavy Arabic accent he said something very rude unintelligable), I'm sure what he said wasnt nice in Arabic - I told him being rude and lazy is unacceptable. I removed my luggage from the back of the suv and got another LYFT ride. This all happened on 3/9 at 10pm, today on 3/10 I get a email message from Lyft saying there removing my account for using abusive language. Here's the deal, the driver says something to me in Arabic derogatory and rude but I get my account removed. I'm sure he didn't tell his supervisor how he behaved unacceptably.

A virtual portal to Hell, their software is designed to steal your money and charges you even when their drivers don't bother to pick you up. The only thing LYFT isn't "very sorry" about is CALLING ME A LIAR! It's not the five bucks that irks me so, $5.00 is nothing. It's being dismissed as if I didn't see their sriver come down the street in perfect synch with their virtual map and continue on right past my house without even slowing down! Then I got to thinking, if you do this to a million people, you make $5,000,000.00 which is real theft! I needed that ride! I had an important appointment. No way to call the driver or anyone at LYFT. They don't care, you're their sucker. If we all just write off the five bucks LYFT will continue to steal from us. LYFT's email responses are made of the stuff Matadors stand in and they should be shut down for the massive fraud they commit daily. Too many people are repeating the same claims for it to be bovine excrement. LYFT is corruptβ¦don't consider using their service, just go burn a $5.00 bill and save yourself the aggravation. LYFT sets the customer care bar so low you need shovel to find it.
Answer: They randomly out of the blue deactivated my account. This was there explanation. We found your account to be violating our Terms of Service and you will no longer be able to use the Lyft platform. I can honestly I have not violated anything so clearly there is something wrong with there information but the worst thing is they dont even tell you what the problem is. Oh well guess take my business to uber instead.
Answer: Lft runs different promotions and depending on promotion they promise a signup bonus(500-1100$). Now if they really pay the bonus it's totally up to their discretion.in my case they didn't pay. I completed the 60 Rides required in the first 30 days, which was the requirment to qualify for the bonus but they still didn't pay. After a brief email exchange with a lyft employee(they do not give their position or full name) they stopped answering. Now I am filing a complain with BBB and I will let you know where it goes when I have updates.
Answer: Lyft's customer service is terrible. If they won't correct it, file a dispute with your credit card company.
