I was very disappointed and will not recommend selling your bags to this company. I sold a bag over 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten a check from this company! Contacted the local store and keep getting the run around and inconsistent responses. Asked to hear from Corporate and I am still waiting. Not a happy customer!
Purchased a Gucci handbags the sale person never told me that all sales was final until after I purchased my bag they would not even exchange it with in 5 minutes of the purchased If a company can not stand by the merchandise they sell to consumers please don't buy I wish I would have read the reviews before I made my purchase stay clear of LXRCO
Ordered 2 items, a tiffany ring & an hermes bracelet. The ring arrived quickly & was lovely. The bracelet... didnt. It was apparently lost by the shipping company. I contacted customer service & was treated very badly, they said it was not their fault, there was nothing they could do & I should contact the shipping company. They refused a refund & refused any sort of apology or attempt to make this right. I am sick over the 200.00 bracelet that has disappeared & the money that i really couldn't afford to spend that has been wasted. A very expensive lesson learned. Please do not waste your money on this dishonest disreputable company. I wish i had researched them before i wasted my money.
I am very disappointed and will not recommend anyone to purchase from this company. I bought a Louie Vuitton crossover. It cost me $865. In 3 months the whole bag fell apart. I was shopping the other day and the bag feel off of me. The strap broke all on its own. When I went into the store I was told there was nothing they can do. They said you have to condition the leather and we are sorry but there is nothing we can do. This is a disgrace after charging all that money and not even making an effort to make it right. Telling me how to take care of a bag like I never owned a Louie before. I have one for 15 years and it's still in good shape. What ever you do don't waste your money on this garbage. Go buy yourself a brand new one. I am so upset with myself for even giving this company my business. Never again and I will make sure everyone I know in Staten Island stays clear of C21 in the mall and LRX.
Extremely overpriced compared to other consignment sites/stores and seemingly zero desire for customer satisfaction. I purchased two bags and didn't realize there was any exhange policy (7 days) since the associate wrote "final sale" across my receipt. When I reached out after just two weeks had passed hoping I could do something, I was told that the district manager wouldn't allow any exchanges or exceptions. I even stated I wasn't looking for a refund and would gladly accept an exchange instead. They wouldn't budge. For spending over $1,500 and being a first time client, you would think they would have enough decency and business sense to try and do something, but no. I didn't even hear back after my initial contact until I had to send a follow up email several days later. So 1) pricing not competitive with other stores/sites 2) terrible sense of customer satisfaction. $1,500 lesson learned $$
Purchased a diamond encrusted gold ring from a Toronto location.
Had to chase down a staff member to get back to me regarding questions I had about the item before purchase. They never got back to me, but I decided to purchase the item from another sales person at the location.
Within 2 days of wearing it a diamond ( actual diamond... not cubic zirconia!) fell off. They contacted me via e-mail asking me to rate my experience. I shared the negative feedback. Customer service contacted me stating they would forward the concern to store location manager. The location manger called me to discuss the concern stating he was forwarding it to the regional manger. This was in early June 2018. A few weeks later I contact the mangers to see what had happened. He stated he had not forgotten and forwarded the concern to the regional manager. To date late August 2018 no response.
Personally based on this experience I can not suggest buying from them. It is one thing to selling a product in poor condition, but to not follow up with a customer after on several occasions stating you would get back to them is just really bad customer service.
A few weeks ago I ordered a Gucci canvas cross body bag. I knew it was going to take 10-15 business days for the item to show up, I was okay with that.
About a week later I received notice that my item had shipped. A week after that, it arrived. I opened the box to discover I was sent a Louise Vuitton cosmetics case instead of the item I ordered!
Equally frustrating is the fact that you cant speak to anyone outside of their restrictive 9-5 hours. So I waited until the next day to explain the error. The woman on the phone said she would communicate with their logistics department and get back to me as soon as she heard anything. She apologized and told me it had only happened a few times to her recollection.
Fast forward one week later, still no word. So I call, and am told, AGAIN, that they will check with their logistics dept. and get back to me by The end of the day. Well that came and went. I waited all the next day, still nothing.
So today I start a chat with an associate to express my frustration. She said shed check with logistics and get back to me. At this point I was so sick of hearing this line that I just blatantly requested a refund.
Immediately she then told me my item had been shipped to the wrong customer and they were waiting to hear back from this person. So magically they knew what was wrong as soon as I said the word refund.
I expressed my deep dissatisfaction and explained that I would never be shopping with them again. This person told me then that something like this has never happened before, to which I replied that I was told it had. I then said please do not lie to me.
I gave them my best of wishes in getting their other item back (like, come on guys, the item they shipped to me was worth significantly less than the item I ordered and was mistakenly shipped to them. If you ordered an item worth $600 and received one worth $1,220, how likely is it you might call it a happy accident?)
The associate then said to me that what they actually meant was theyve never experienced an item not being returned to them... *sigh* more lies. But then the associate kicked me out of the chat! Like he/she was just done.
All the negative reviews here are true. I have no idea how in a world where onlin shopping has taken over, how they can still be in business with such shoddy service!
I received my LV nevderful tote and was so disappointed in the condition. The side strap broke as soon as I touched it. Luckily they are going to give me a full refund. The savings is not worth it when you look at the conditions of these bags. I'm just going to buy new and lesson learned.
Bought a bag at their site in Lord & Taylor in Danbury CT. Shortly after the strap broke. It literally had dry rot. I went back to the store and they told me to send it to Louis Vuitton at my own cost. They dont stand behind their product. I have purchased many pieces and have old pieces of LV. None have dry rot.

LXR and Co., markets their self as a reputable dealer of fine authenticated luxury goods, yet their buying structure Does not support their slogan. Positioning themselves in high end stores like the Hudson Bay Companies, allows this fledgling company to mask their lack of the quality they boast about.
The generic authenticity card they offer is supported by authenticity that begins with an inexperienced Sales Associate and their smart phone.
The Associate takes pictures of the bags with their personal cell phone, uploads and emails a few pictures to "an expert" who then determines authenticity. Paying $2,000usd for an item "the expert" never touches or ever sees seems a bit of a risk, but if you have a few thousand you want to risk on that vintage piece, you may luck up and actually get a real piece. There are only exchanges and no refunds... so buy with extreme caution (if at all).
Check retail prices before you buy, often times their discount is literally a couple hundred less than the item new.

FAKE FAKE FAKE and DECEPTIVE. They show a slightly worn item then send a shiny new fake. They do not warn you not to take off the orange band. You cannot return without it.

Please buy your bag at a Lord & Taylor when they bring the bags in to sell. Do not buy online. Worst service and you can't see what you are getting. Hard to retune worst customer service.

Their products are way overpriced for their conditions l. You're better off finding a lovely vintage handbags on eBay. Don't waste your money on this company.

Honestly this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Their prices are quite expensive for dirty merchandise and not in "good" condition as advertised at all. And they take so damn long to deliver... like a month! Then if there's an issue with the bag, forget about dealing with them... so horrible, give you the runaround. You can get much better elsewhere. I swear they should go out of business with the way they treat customers. NEVER shopping at Lxrco again.

I saw a LV bag in one of their store at Hudson Bay in Canada. It was cyber Monday and they had 20% off at online store. They told me you have to buy it online to get discounts but we will ship the same bag you see in store.
I bought the bag at November 30 and received my bag at December 21. Their processing time is so slow it take 15 days to process my order which was just 30 km away from my location.
But their store's staff are so helpful and one of them helped me a lot. I just don't like their online store. They didn't sent me any confirmation email after they charged my credit card. They don't have professional online store.

I recently purchased two bags from this seller on Blue Fly. I had the worst customer service experience, will never purchase anything from this seller, and highly advise no one else to either.
After receiving my bags, I realized that they were in absolutely terrible condition. One in particular was incredibly dirty, stained, with worn leather and a broken zipper. I immediately contacted the seller requesting to return the bags and get a refund.
I was told by an incredibly rude customer service representative that I would not be able to return the bags because I had already removed the "orange security cable". This "orange security cable", by the way, was a standard orange zip tie that could be purchased just about anywhere. I was told that this was a strict company policy and there were no exceptions. But one of the bags did not even have an orange zip tie on it when we received it. How could it be a strict company policy if they are letting bags leave without a zip tie? She also told me that this policy was clearly stated on the tag when I received the bag. Actually, this policy was no stated ANYWHERE that I would have been able to see it. Not on an tags, on the shipping paper, in any emails, nowhere. Of course, trying to explain that to the rude rude customer service representative was impossible. She swore it was on the tag, but the tag clearly had two things on it - a sticker and an item code.
She says that she will explain this situation to her supervisor and give me a call back.
No call back. What a surprise.
So I call again the next day and receive that same customer service representative on the phone again. Today she says that I cannot return the bags because the order was "final sale". So yesterday it was the tags and today is "final sale". If the final sale policy was so strict, she should have started with that one. I understand "final sale" policies and how they work, but nearly every store will still allow you to return final sale items when they are defective, dirty or damaged for store credit.
I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she refused to allow me. Just no. At this point I was in disbelief. I cannot believe that she would just refuse to allow me to speak to the supervisor.
At this point I just ended conversation with them and went to Blue Fly for assistance. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
