Helpful, respectful, and even understanding when it comes to the style of my shopping center. They were very flexible, and there were also no surprises when it came to the agreed work and price. My property manager and I have never met in person due to the pandemic. We have been speaking over the phone but he has managed to take care of my property perfectly! He addresses maintenance issues promptly and treats tenants with respect. It's a stark contrast to the horror stories I've heard about other property management companies in Florida!

Not having to worry about my property has been the best part of it. All I have to do is check my account every now and then to see the rent roll in. My property manager takes care of the rest. He handles repairs, collects rent, deposits the rent, screens tenants, conducts inspections, and more. It's truly a stress-free and hands-free experience.

They're an extremely easy company to work with. First, they were in constant communication with me and my partner. We didn't have to call them for updates and they responded almost promptly to our questions and concerns via email.

Their technology is impressive. It's sort of like an online portal where you can see everything on demand, from your rental income to your inspection reports. It's part of their service and has no additional costs. It made managing our properties much easier since we have multiple properties and we often travel. Being able to check our portfolio performance on the app is very convenient.

My partner and I seriously hope they expand to other states as we're planning on buying property in Georgia. But all in all, we are happy we found them.
