I put a request on Bark for someone to replace a faulty power shower. Mikael was the first to respond - within an hour! Within 24 hours, the heating element in our immersion heater stopped working, so spoke to Mikael again and he agreed to do both jobs at the same time. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and had all the equipment and tools for the jobs in hand. What really made this young man stand out from the crowd was his perseverance and problem solving skills when faced with a faulty replacement shower unit.
I would recommend Mikael to anyone and would quite happily endorse him on any trade website.
