Don't order anything from this company. Purchased some furniture for my wife and the failed to contact me on several occasions that the furniture was shipped. They advised me to call the shipper to find out the status. When I called the shipper as instructed they advised that they would not be shipping the furniture due to damage. I recontacted the company and advised that they could not reimburse until they received an official paperwork from the shipper. I just wanted my money back so I stayed on the phone for 30 minutes until they agreed to give it back.
There's no customer service. Don't expect delivery for MONTHS. They are all full of apologies and lip service. These 4.8 star ratings most be false. Look on BBB for actual reviews!
I was fooled by the number of good reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did. They were very quick to take your money, but after that you can't get them to respond to your inquiries. They outright lied about the delivery timeline and when confronted flipped me off to the delivery company who could careless about what the company promised. It's been well over a month and I still don't have my furniture. Terrible customer service -- I can only hope the delivery is not damaged.
I ordered a pretty pricey bed 4 weeks ago and have received "nothing". I have been calling and calling and they always give the same cookie cutter answer that they will reach out to the shipping company and send me a message via email. Today I received a message asking me to review my delivery experience of the item I ordered since it had "been delivered to me". I called the customer service department and they really have no viable explanation for that email... and when I start pressing the issue that this was getting to be too much I was scolded like a five year old was reprimanded that I was "told" it would take 4 weeks for it to be delivered. Well I have not been contacted by ANY delivery company, 4 weeks was up today... and I received an email from Lux Decor stating that my bed "was delivered today"... and on top of that Mr. "spin doctor" on the other hand told me my order was on "back order" when I ordered it! Which is ludicrous because I just moved into my new home on the 8th of November... the bed was the "first" thing I ordered and I've been sleeping on a blow-up mattress ever since. Every other thing I've ordered from various other companies has all been received in a timely fashion "except this order". What really stinks is the way the customer service voice changed into a completely different tone once I started pressing for answers and/or some type of compensation for the screwup. I will never purchase from these people again. They are NOT a furniture manufacturing company. Rather, they are some kind of on-line Furnitire catalog company placing orders to "I can only imagine who" on the other end and rowing the furniture here on a slow boat from China. When I asked to speak to someone else in customer service they were closed and I was reminded again that I was "told" it would be 4 weeks... when I asked about just cancelling the order I was told it had already shipped and I'd be charged a fee... YET nobody can tell me WHERE the bed is. Cause it NEVER shipped to ME! Be warned people...
I recently ordered a rather expensive bed and filing cabinet from LuxeDecor which, based on the information provided on their site, I was led to believe was made of high quality materials. My sister had earlier order a similar bed from same manufacturer via the website. However, when my sister's bed was delivered a few days after I placed my order, I noted that the bed appeared to be poorly made with what I believe was composite wood and inferior fabrics. I immediately called LuxeDecor to cancel my order. However, although neither the bed nor the filing cabinet had been picked up by the shipping company at the time of my call to cancel the order, LuxeDecor indicated that I would be charged a hefty restocking fee and shipping costs (which I disputed without success). I will never purchase another item from LuxeDecor and strongly urge all prospective buyers to review LuxeDecor's cancellation policy BEFORE placing an order.
I have bought a bed and since that we did not close on the house, we had to cancel delivery. We called the shipper not to deliver, so it never got to us. Aside from over $400.00 for shipping back which is very high, 20% restocking fee which do not say any on the item we have gotten. We wanted to buy something else which they ask to buy higher price of what we originally paid for. Truly bad customer service and bad policy. Shame on you, will never ever buy again from that company. Basically they took over 50% of the purchase price which they return to the manufacture anyways. Kept the 20% restocking fee for themself doing noting,
LuxeDecor requires full payment for items requiring shipping and when they can't deliver within their promised interval, you are unable to cancel without large penalties. Customer service will tell you they are "just the middle man" when it comes to shipping. They pass you on to a 3rd party delivery company that waits for enough orders to ship to your area! They DO NOT ship within 1-6days as indicated on your receipt and the 2-3 week interval after shipping is not "up to them". You can find better companies... Star Furniture is one. I have escalated, begged for help, everything to have my order delivered before an event at home... LuxeDecor let me down AND they won't let me cancel!
Buyer beware!
I wish I could review on the particular product and not a general review. The accent chair I purchased is beautiful but the painting is not even. Some places look white and it is very noticeable. This is my first time ordering from this site. I wish they can do something about the painting or this will be my last time ordering here. I paid a lot for this chair not to love it.
THIS COMPANY IS GREEDY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CONSUMER------DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM i PURCHASED COMFORTER SET FOR $629.10 AND HAD TO RETURN BECAUSE OF SIZE--------THEY TOOK OR CONFISCATED $125.82 AND SHIPPING FEES--------THEREFORE, i GAVE COMPANY MONEY FOR NOTHING. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
We had bought a new home. She ordered several item from LuxeDecor (we don't care). After several months in the hospital my wife passed away. She never got to move into the new home. The items she ordered are still in the boxes. I attempted to return unopened boxes. Customer UN service said it was too late and they don't take old returns. There is nothing wrong with old household items, they do not spoil. Customer UN service told me to sell the items at a garage sale. I am selling the house we bought, her medical bills are in the $100,000s and LuxeDON'Tcare tells me tough luck.
This company is just a distributor and have no control over the quality of the products or the service. Took me a month to get a return authorization on a product that was nothing like the one depicted on the website. Stay away...
Worst company ever! Website says 2 weeks delivery and after 6 weeks never delivery nothing so i cancelled my order and they charged me 1278$ for restock something that i never get. I hope they go out from this business.
First time customer, which shall be my last. Piss poor customer service and communication. They are good at taking your money, but try to get a return call and information will keep you on the phone for a long time.
Delivery company used kept changing delivery date. In short, over promised and under delivered
I too was mislead with the "sign up get 10% off" offer. It was a good marketing ploy!
WORST customer service I've ever had. (I'm in customer service) 4 weeks after I paid for an item that was suppose to ship in 2-3 weeks I started calling just to get a status update. Trying to get the house finished so we can move in. Spent hrs combined on hold, got hung up on several times over the course of 2 weeks, did not provide me with any order update as they said they would, conflicting stories about the shipping info, no refund info when i finally had enough and was out of time. Sent multiple emails, left voicemails and spoke with 3 different women over the course of this nightmare Sophia, Angelica, and Dara. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. It's been so bad I've pinched myself to make sure i wasn't having a bad dream. It was real unfortunately.
I have found LuxeDecor to be difficult and dishonorable. They lowered the price on the furniture I bought from them before it was delivered to my house. They did not honor the lower price and had lots of excuses and loopholes. Customer service is poor, and the experience of dealing with them is frustrating.
Avoid LuxeDecor if possible!
I placed an order with Luxe Decor on 10/30. After the initial confirmation of the order, I heard nothing from them. I finally contacted them the day after the order was supposed to ship, and was told they'd get back to me within 24 hours with an order update. I was not contacted.
The item arrived the next day, and it was the wrong color. The item I ordered was gray, the item I received was aqua (as clearly marked on the item packaging). I contacted the company and told them I needed to return the item. I was told they'd email me a form to fill out--and told me to attach pictures and send back to them. The form stipulated that it could take 7-10 business days to resolve the issue--and then I assume after that there will be more things for me to do in order to deal with THEIR error.
Just save yourself some time and headaches. Just avoid them. I wish I'd read the reviews on this website. I would have certainly never wasted my time and tied up my money with a second-rate company like Luxe Decor.
Ordered two popular American Drew (Lazy Boy) end table pieces from LuxeDecor of Chicago on September 07,2018 (order# *******). Both items shipped out of Atlanta warehouse 09/13/2018 for delivery to my home outside Orlando... After Three phone calls, tables were delivered on September 27,2018, via a sketchy old 1960's moving van with no markings (including no DOT Lic. #)... After unpacking found the following damage:
First End Table:
1- The box had obviously been repacked as large portions of styrofoam were broken and contents were loose
2- Hardware bag was coated with clear tape and masking tape yet all the hardware was lose within the shipping box.
3- There were no assembly instructions in the shipping box like the other box/ piece of this set.
4- A wooden dowel to one of the legs was broken
5- on this same leg a red streamer labeled hardware was stapled to the exterior portion of the leg. This left two holes after I gently removed the staples
6- One of the corners of the table was
Defected. It didn't appear to be internal shipping damage, but rather a manufacturing defect...
Second Table
7.- Three of the four sides of the table top were delaminated. Obviously a manufacturing defect.
Contacted LuxeDecor on September 28,2019 to start a claim. On September 29,2019 povided them with written detailed explanations of the damage and pictures. Having not heard anything from LuxeDecor, I contacted them on October 12,2018. They informed me that "their American Drew representative was traveling and would not be available until October 16,2018". In addition they stated that "that they don't have their own warehouse and are just a drop shipper". I contacted American Express providdd same information and effected a charge back. LuxeDecor should have been able to make contact with someone within the American Drew organization to effect a simple product exchange for damage goods within two weeks. Especially considering the size of American Drew/LazyBoy. Their inability speaks volumes about their vendor relationship. Additionally the LuxeDecor customer engagement skills that I experienced were weak and unprofessional. We are understandabe to the reality that problems do arise. Though getting two tables with damages is unusual. In any case, how a organization responds customer service
Wise says a lot about them.
A Very Regrettable Choice For Us.

I ordered a bedroom set that could not fit up my stairs. I sent it back and was charged $1700 for shipping. Thats outrageous. Customer service was awful and they would not even give me the name of the CEO so that I could send in a complaint. No other company charges this much for a return. Beware. I will never shop here again.
Awful scam artists - they never shipped my furniture and after multiple delays and no communication, I asked them to cancel. They still didn't refund my money. I challenged it on my credit card and they refunded my money partially, but kept a $950 "whatever" fee - they claim they shipped it the very hour that I cancelled the order and it's a shipping fee - I do not believe it. STAY AWAY
Answer: Its a scam company. They are just a website. They work with suppliers that sell fake products. Luxedecor has no authorization to receive returns or apply refunds so don't use them.
Answer: We were told 7-9 weeks and it was 8 months. 8 to 10 weeks would've been a dream.
Answer: My order was 8 months ago. My arrival date was today. It's not coming today, 06/06/22.
