I have placed 2 orders from this company. The first order was 2 months late. However the furniture was just fine. The second order has been delayed 3 months now, and still no order & no one will contact me. The website just shows "we've hit a glitch" everytime I try to get information about the order. I have sent multiple emails, and now they've emailed saying that the delivery company delivered it to the wrong address and the person has been out of town for a month (sounds like a lie). The order was paid in full at the time of ordering, but we have no product and no one to talk to about it. I would strongly suggest staying away from this company. I wish I could say something nice, but sadly, my experience has not been a good one.
My order is not only massively delayed, but the company is pointing fingers at the shipper and the manufacturer AND has stopped responding to me. I ordered a coffee table on June 16, and got an order confirmation that it "Ships within 1 to 7 Business Days." I got a confirmation that it had shipped on August 13th. I reached out to Customer Service on August 31st and asked where it is, and got this note back: "I have reached out to both the manufacturer and Metropolitan for an explanation. I will update you as soon as I have more information." No follow-up has yet been received. I replied to that e-mail asking for that update; called customer service; started "chatting" with customer service only to have the "chat" admit that it was an automated bot and I'd have to call back another time; and today have sent a fresh customer service request asking where this table is... we're going on 3 months. No table AND no information. If you read Better Business Reviews, they are all like this; no need to rely on just my sad tale.
I know times are tough, but I think that's even more reason to take care of the customers you have. When I ordered my dresser the web page said 3 left, it would ship in 2-3 business days. As soon as I clicked the submit button, I was notified that it was back ordered and wouldn't ship for 4-6 weeks. Finally, 2 months later it's delivery day. Unfortunately one of the front legs was broken in a way that could not be effectively repaired by me. I refused shipment. I immediately called customer service, but they were closed. I called 4 days later to be told they had to wait for the vendor to let them know the shipment had been returned. I heard nothing from them. I chatted with a rep on 16 days later. They sent me a claims form, which I completed and returned immediately and was told that they would contact me in 1-2 business days. I again called them 3 days later to be told by the agent that she promised to look into the status and would email me back by end of day or the next day at the latest. Two days later to be told they were still waiting to hear back from the vendor and there was nothing they could do until then. Two minutes after the call I received an email confirming that a new claim order had been confirmed and shipment is 7-9 weeks out. I donated my old dresser the day before the new one was to be delivered. I have piles of clothes and received no real answer as to what was happening with my order for 26 days. Unfortunately, I still love the dresser. If I had been able to find another dresser I wanted, I would cancel this order and go with another company. Buyer beware.
An expensive chandelier was shipped damage with broken glass. It has taken over two weeks just to get a form to fill out to hopefully get a replacement or return from LuxeDecor. Think twice about before purchasing. This is something that would of been resolved and expedited by most other high-end retailers.
I wanted to love Luxe Decor but I promise you, I will never order from this company again. I ordered a dining table nearly two months before receiving a partial shipment. I received the tabletop, but not the table base/legs. I have called in to customer service three times just in an effort to get a status on the base. I am continually told they are looking for the second box and that they will email me. I've received no emails so I keep calling. I need them to stop looking for the lost base and either expedite a "new" base or expedite an entire new table order with all items. The customer service team I have called is sympathetic and nice but they have no ability to fix the issue, it's in someone else's hands. What a frustrating experience.
I ordered an in-stock table with "quick ship" in the title from luxedecor. I was charged immediately for the purchase even though it took about 6 weeks to ship and another week until I received the table - about 7 weeks in total. I tried to contact customer service multiple times to check the status of the order and no one ever responded. Once I received the table, the shipment and packaging looked OK so I signed for it. On assembly, I noticed some damage that must have come from the factory. I again contacted customer service who never responded and it's been 3+ weeks. It would seem luxedecor customer service is non-existent.
I purchased furniture from this business, for which they immediately charged my credit card. The furniture did not ship as promised, and arrived late and broken. Now, no one will communicate with me about a refund. The "live chat" is not real. Customer service is a joke. I will file a lawsuit and get my money back, but save yourself some wasted time and anguish and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS. They will take your money and you will need a lawyer to ever get it back.
After multiple phone calls, message chats and emails I finally received my furniture over a month late. I was relieved until we opened the boxes. Badly damaged furniture that is beyond repair - I'm so disappointed and disgusted by this company, Close to $3000 and all this run around. I feel swindled. We ordered a Small end table ($600), the order site stated items ship in 5 to 10days. After three weeks and several calls finally reached them. Told then to cancel order if not being shipped immediately. They said it was going out right away, with tracking information. When it showed in transit we kept waiting, finally got hold of the shipping company and arranged delivery. They sent a table with the wrong finish. I have spent a month trying to arrange return, numerous email back and forth. Customer service is very nice when you can finally reach them, but the company is very inept. I'm still trying to arrange return but it's like pulling teeth. Buy somewhere else!
Once they have your money the service stops. Ordered in May for a June delivery. Received an email for delivery in early July. It's August 6 and still no delivery. I will say that on July 27, after waiting 25 minutes on the phone I spoke with a delightful rep, Jasmine. She was the only bright spot in my dealings with this company. After that nothing! Terrible company!
Ordered a complete Office Furniture Set 2 1/2 months ago. When I ordered, all pieces were noted as "In Stock, Ships in 1-7 days". Over the ensuing 2 months, I called at least 5 times (be ready to wait at least 30 minutes to talk to someone) to check on the status, and each time was given excuses and assurances. Last week, the delivery arrived completely unannounced, but I was happy nonetheless... until I discovered damages to most of the boxes, some of which had clearly damaged the furniture! To make matters worse, the driver told me that he would unload from the truck, but no more, and I had place my order with delivery as "Inside Home Entrance". I refused the delivery, and now I'm receiving emails from LuxeDecor that I refused delivery because I wanted "White Glove Service". In other words, they are trying to build a case to charge fees against me. All I want is what I ordered - new, undamaged furniture, delivered inside my home entrance.
Steer clear of this company! This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer!
Ordered jewellery box for royal customers in kensington. The item was supposed to be returned and we never received our money nor item
Back. This company is very very bad and can't be trusted. Don't buy here! Attached you can find how we returned the item. We also sent the box extra after they said we won't get our money back (we are royalty don't forget) we sent the carton and we're told it hasn't arrived although receipts were there and stated different. This is a very dangerous company. Don't get involved!
Ordered an umbrella and they took over 5 weeks to ship it. Tried to contact them after two weeks to get an eta and received no communication. Then finally once it showed up 6 weeks later they sent the wrong product. Tried to call them Monday and no answer and sent them an email through their online portal (which says they will respond in 24 hours). Still no response and it is Friday. Tried to call them again but no one available. Just sent them another email through their online portal.
With the way things have gone I would steer clear of this company and buy your products elsewhere.
Purchased a $3k Heckman desk from Luxe site on 5/26. Site said item was 'in stock' and shipped within 1-2 days. That's why I bought it from them rather than the many other sites taht sold the exact same thing. NO COMMUNICATION until I readed out to them on 6/7. The item alledgedly shipped from manufacturer's location on 6/9. Told will be there in 'one to two weeks' and that link in shipping notification will. Give me status. Lie. All the link does is say that the item is shipped. No track and trace, no ETA. Followed up on 6/24 via chat. Got passed from three agents before anyone would answer. Told they had to contact the manufacturer to find out what's going on and would get back to me. For a $4k furniture purchase, I should not have to be the one following up. I should be able to call and NOT wait 28 minutes to talk to someone. Luxe SHOULD NOT have charged my credit card for the merchandise until I got it and approved it. WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Ordered a patio table on 5/14/20. After a couple weeks of no info from Luxe, I started calling them. I didn't get a live cust serv rep until 6/2/20. I asked to have my order cancelled at that time. A couple of weeks after the 6/2 phone conversation, I received a text message from Luxe giving me a possible shipping ETA, and asking if I still wanted the table. I replied that NO, I didn't want the table. Yesterday I received my credit card bill, and discovered that Luxe had charged me for the table on 5/15/20. Tried calling them, and naturally, I couldn't get through. I sent them an email, to which they have not responded. They have never responded to emails I sent in the past when I was attempting to find out a shipping date for my table. I have never dealt with such a dangerous company. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, and the customer will always be the victim.
CRAPPY Customer Service or should I say NO customer service. Was told my order was in stock when ordered-come to find out it is back ordered. Cancelled the order and told a full refund will be coming my way in 3-5 business days. It has now been 12 business days. Waited on hold forEVER and when someone answered they hung up. Got through once and tried to transfer me to another CSR and put back into the queue. Waiting again another day almost 40 minutes and as I got closer to a CSR the call was dropped by THEM! Do NOT buy anything from them... stay away. I think CROOKED tactics.
SUCKY customer service. Does NOT create or send merchandise when promised TOO long of a wait! Sat on hold with the customer service Chat over 45 minutes to get information about my order and STILL did not get any information. Waited well over an hour on the phone then got disconnected. They just say they are a 3rd party vendor and cannot get details. I would NEVER recommend this company especially because the merchandise is very expensive. Treated like a 3rd class citizen at best. They got one star because I HAD to click one otherwise they would get NO stars.
Customer service takes forever to respond, up to 2 hours to get back to you. Shipment dates extended and extended, then after cancellation (and refusal to refund!), the order is READY to ship! AVOID!
They quote all kinds of discounts but they never apply to any furniture! I spent 45min on the line with their sale help line and all they could say was "sorry, you need to read the fine print" I am really sorry!
Answer: Its a scam company. They are just a website. They work with suppliers that sell fake products. Luxedecor has no authorization to receive returns or apply refunds so don't use them.
Answer: We were told 7-9 weeks and it was 8 months. 8 to 10 weeks would've been a dream.
Answer: My order was 8 months ago. My arrival date was today. It's not coming today, 06/06/22.
