Ordered this lovely dress to wear to a cocktail party at my husband's work. I honestly wasn't expecting this dress to fit me. I usually have a hard time finding dresses that look flattering on my body shape. I was so pleasantly surprised! I'm happy that I found this amazing shop!

Well I order 5 shirts, I'm a XL but always order one size large due to it coming from china, 2 shirts had a cute cat wrapped round the side for casual wear. The shirt was at least a medium, 3rd shirt ugly green and looked nothing like the model wearing it, it was right size but uglyyyyy. Two more shirts one blue and black, first shirt lavender not blue and belly shirt, second black belly shirt (NOT). I would have worn these 30 yrs ago. Sorry they still screw you over unless you are a size of a barbie doll. Its not right we think we are saving money only to be disappointed. I have word to say but only in my head. I hope all of you do not buy from this company they need not be in business or should sell to stores that carry barbie dolls.

I am sick of this company - I returned my items due to the fact their sizes are way off from their website. I was told my items were received back in April and was told the refund was being processed. I keep getting emails from them saying there is no refund and where are the items - they are sending me their refund policy and not reading the previous emails and apparently there are no notes in my account. Beware ladies! It's a scam

I ordered a dress a month later they said it was out of stock. This happened in March and to date no refund. I asked to give me the credit on my AC c ount 2 months ago... one month ago they said I had to pay 4.00 shipping on pay pal. I did... theu said I gave them the wrong proof number of PayPal... i threatened to sue. They found proof I sent them 4.00 and they said on 6. 20. 19 that I will receive 2 items. Today is 6. 21. 19. We shall see.

I knew better - if it seems too good to be true, it is. I ordered several items from this company and they finally arrived. They were all too thin, the material was cheap and the quality was so poor that I would never wear any of them. Trying to get a refund from them has been crazy since the website is lacking. My only recourse is to dispute the charges on my credit card and hope that I've learned me lesson. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them...

Anyone else notice how none of the owners of positive reviews appear to be native English speakers? I ordered a blouse in January. I can't comment on the quality because it never arrived. I did not realize when I placed my order that it would be coming from China. I found this out when I sent a message asking where my order was (after 2 weeks) and was sent a tracking number that showed the order being shipped from China somewhere. That was it. No indication the package ever made it to the US, never got to my house, nothing. In late March, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a refund. I will not attempt to order again. I avoid all these companies now. They are all the same.

I emailed this company to return and exchange an order and NEVER got a response. My last recourse is to dispute the charge through my credit card company and am still waiting for a resolution. I should have checked the reviews before placing an order. Don't do business with this company!

Very disappointed in the top i received. I received within a couple of weeks of ordering. The quality of the fabric was atrocious. When ordering i looked to see what The fabric was and it said mixed material but thought nothing of it. The top looks nothing like the photo and I ordered an extra large and cannot get my head through the opening. I have requested a refund. I wish I had read other reviews before ordering. Thankfully I have only wasted $30.
If I don't hear back from them i will get VISA to reverse the charges. Beware!

Do not order anything from this company! The shirt I received in the mail is not as pictured and was a completely different material. I have tried for almost 2 months through email and phone calls and the company will not give me an address to return the item to. Complete scam!

The worse company ever. The worse online experience. Long time for delivery and very difficult tracking system. What you order is not what you get. Way small size item. Fast taking you money but not money back even if you returns the item. You have to pay for return. This company is in my opinion a big scam.

After writing a previous review on how Luvyle sent me the wrong size tops and wouldn't let me return them Luvyle responded by asking for my order number. The funny part is that even after I gave them my order number I never heard back from them. This isn't the only review site where I have let people know what a ripoff this company is, and each time they respond to the site (so it looks like they're going to help) and then I never hear from them. It's all a scam so they look good!

I ordered two tops from luvyle. First, it took TWO months to receive them. Then neither of them fit. After comparing the measurements of the size I ordered to the size I received one of the tops was two sizes smaller than I had ordered. When I contacted the company concerning a return I was told I should give them away as it would cost too much to mail them back. This company is a ripoff, and I'm going to leave a bad review for them on every website I can find!
Bought 4 shirts at least for my mom as my birthday present and they arrived neat and clean and the colors are all exactly the same, the size is a plus as well.
But there is the last item that arrived didn't get the exact specification of order. Instead of blue shirt, the package has green one. It's normal in online shopping app, so i tried returning it and wait for them to deliver the right one.

After posting my original review, I was contacted by Luvyle with a rubber stamp stating they would help me, then received this response email "Julia from Luvyle.com
May 26,2019 to me-Dear customer, I have confirmed with our financial department, your refund has been completed on 2019-05-08. Please check it again. Or you can also make a call to the bank to confirm more details later. Thanks for your patience and understanding and patience in advance. " REALLY? 20 days after they say my refund was completed and I still do not have my refund! This place should be reported as a SCAM and their ads should not be allowed to roam the internet!

This company is a scam. I cancelled my order 10 hours after placing it, which was 3 weeks ago, and they refuse to refund my money even though the order had not even processed. When calling their phone number, you get a message to leave a voicemail (get no response when you leave a message); when you email AND send a message through their website you get a generalized standard response EVERY TIME that states "I have confirmed with our financial department, your refund has been completed.
But since you paid to us through Credit Card, it usually takes a few days for the refund to appear on your card statement. Or you can also make a call to the bank to confirm more details later. "
This company is just out to rip you off!

I've been hearing of Luvyle and I decided to give it a shot. I ordered two shirts and two trousers for my 10 year old son. I furnished them with the exact measurements of the clothes I needed and chilled to wait for my order. To my surprise, I received the items earlier than I expected. After opening the package, I couldn't hold the tears of joy when I found that the items were exactly the ones I had ordered. Thanks a bunch Luvyle for making my son proud.
