My experience was very good with this website, I am happy that my products were very good qualitty and the shipping was secure and fast. You have to pay attention to sizes tabel but the sizes are good, I picked the good ones for me. I am very excited avbout this and I can not wait to receive the next one!

I bought 5 items from this company. When they arrived all 5 were of poor quality, compared with the image they showed on their website. One item was a completely different colour to the one I ordered and another item was supposed to be an off the shoulder jumper but turned up with a tight neck. I decided to keep three of the items (hoping this would show willing from my side) but return the two worst ones. This was met with many email exchanges with the company who only wanted to offer me a small % off the value of the items, stating I can either send the items back (to China so high cost that they said I had to pay for) or they'll deduct the high cost for the postage. They kept offering me $15 for items I paid £48 for and despite me pointing out we use Stirling in the UK they continued to only offer $15. I tried to reason with them that it was their error not mine and even sent them photos to prove that the items were not of the quality or what I ordered but i was met with the same response each time from a different person with standard sentences. After many emails and effort from my side I ended giving up trying to get any refund from them. They appear to be a company that ships out cheaper/poorer quality clothes that their website shows and there's no chance of getting your money back.
My advice would be to avoid this company, unless you're prepared to take the gamble and lose your money!

The WORST scam EVER!
WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!
The clothing that I received (after 2 months of waiting) where NOT the ones that they advertised. They sent me a low quality product (all cheap synthetic fabrics) and the designs where not the ones that I saw in their photos. I put the 4 cheap sweaters in the GARBAGE!
THIS IS A BIG SCAM SO BE CAREFUL!
The clothing that you see in the photos is NOT what you actually get. The quality is the cheapest I have ever seen!

Clothes are terrible! One item I paid for and they took my money but it wasn't in stock and I wasn't told until I received the other crap item. It has been 4 months now and I still haven't received my refund from the item that they didn't even have. They are absolutely the worst!

My granddaughter brought from luvyle on my behalf. Had to give one star because I couldn't put -100. Items not as per picture or material. Lowest grade products ever. Unfinished crap. Could have done better myself in the dark. Absolutely dissatisfied and would like to warn people before they get ripped off. My grandaughter felt embarrassed giving me the trash. Do not be fooled. This company Luvyle is a rip off to the highest. It's a company out of China or Hong Kong trying to look like they are a legitimate company out of California. It took over a month to receive the clothing and they were nothing like what was pictured in the ads. Very cheap, poorly made, clothing. No tags on any of the articles and was in the cheapest bags I've seen not sealed. The clothes looked like cheap Halloween costumes that you would buy at a Dollar Store. On their site it says they will provide returns but don't believe it. They ignored any and all requests for a refund. We contacted Paypal to help us and Luvyle says they will refund half out what we paid. They are purposely ripping people off. Do not believe the good reviews they are FAKE!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Items not at all like pictured and 3 out of 4 were defective. Poor quality crap is what I received. I tried to return but their remedy is a $16 refund to keep the items even though I paid $58. This might have been acceptable if I just didn't like the items but my items were defective. My other option is a full refund but I have to ship to China at my cost. The website clearly states that returns are accepted but does not explain how it will cost you. Ridiculous!

If I could give them a negative number I would, I ordered over a month ago, all the status says is Payment Successful. No shipping information, no emails, nothing! I tried to email them and I keep getting an error for the code they sent me. My order #******* is worthless and I will be contacting PayPal to get a refund. Don't be fooled and don't waste your money.

I love this shirt so much more than i was expecting to! Fits perfectly. Not a shirt you can go braless in because of the fabric though, if anyone was wondering. Got to match a skirt I had, and it goes well. I can adjust it and/or the skirt to show or not show a bit of my torso with the skirt pictured.
I absolutely love this shirt, it's very true to size! I am about an 18/20 in most clothes and ordered a 2x in this, it fits great, and I feel it it very figure flattering! It's just tge right length, not so long that it looks messy, but long enough to cover my front and butt and it flows without clinging anywhere!

Five star is not enough! Last year alone I bought three different sneakers for my running exercises in the morning and this was surely getting me frustrated. I discovered you guys via my aunt who had lot of praises for you. I called one of your customer care agents and I explained what I needed and surely I can confirm that she listened. I WAITED OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVED THESE ITMES, AND STILL MISSING TWO ITMES- THAT IS THTE EXCUSE THEY PROVIED WHY THE ORDER HAD NOT SHIPPED- WAITING ON NEW STOCK--WORST QUALITY I HAVE EVER SEEN- ORDERED A COAT THAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE THROUGH, FEELS LIKE IT IS MADE OUT OF FELT- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY-
This is my second review of this company as a follow-up. The first thing I have learned is to believe the reviews. I went ahead anyway and ordered, to my dismay. It took over 2 months to receive my total order( came at two different times) The clothes were so poorly made, nothing fit and the fabrics were so cheap so I sent everything back.
They made me jump thru hoops to do this-had to hang each item ( 5) on hangers and then take pictures to send them, put each item in original packaging, pay about $16 to send it back. I have been waiting over a month for a credit to my card and, finally, called my card company and issued a chargeback. It is a simple process and I suggest any person that is owed money from Luvyle do the same. A week ago they said they were rushing my refund ( $110.30) and I know it does not take that long. I would think that with all the terrible reviews that they would have changed the way they do business. Apparently not. I am angry over all the time this has taken me to deal with them.
