I was very nervous purchasing this wig from this site due to a horrible experience with another company. I'm so satisfied I can't wait to order the water wave lace front unit. The hair is soft with body and the lace was awesome. Thumbs up LuvMe Hair
First time ordering from this company and they totally exceeded my expectations! I'm normally skeptical about ordering hair online because I want to see my unit, touch it, feel the quality but this company was recommended so I gave it a shot! First, the shipment was fast, 2 DAYS! I ordered Thursday, it came Monday (minus the weekend), with real time tracking! I ordered the lace front Body Wave in 18in. The hairline was pre-plucked, knots were not bleached but that was an easy fix. The unit was already 60% and I received an additional 40% off! Unheard of! I love how full the unit is, it says 180 density and it shows. The hair is super soft and I haven't noticed any shedding! Came with adjustable straps and a band, along with 3 combs inside of the unit. Let's talk about the gifts that came with it! A flatiron that doubles as a curling iron!, rat tail comb, bobbypins, hair clips, wig cap, and a cute carrying case.
I will definitely order from this company again! No more beauty supply stores for me. Thank you Luvme Hair and keep up the great customer service!
At first i was skeptical about buying a wig. Ive been on the site so many times. Then I seen the one I bought and couldn't resist it. So I purchased it! And when i say i made THE BEST DECISION! It fits like a glove! I have NO GLUE, no combs attached, didn't tighten the draw string, JUST the band! And it doesn't move! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I will be purchasing more! I also have several people who have purchased one or at least looking to purchase! And my stylist NAILED IT!
Don't trust the reviews about this company, l am really disappointed, l can't return the wig because l took the combs out of it, l will have to add more hair to it to get it the length and density that l want, once again l beg you please don't order from this company

I own 3 of the Luvme unit and I have never been so satisfied with something I've bought off line, the unit is so manageable and soft no shedding and the curls hold a good while, it's one of the best since slice bread. My only complaint I wish there were selected cap sizes.

Im so in love with this Bob cut wig! It came well packaged with all the bells and whistles! Clips extra bobbi pins and elastic band! The hair is super soft and fits my head like a glove. This is my second wig from luvme hair and they definitely did not disappoint
I ordered the 10 inch water wave unit undetectable lace. Had it professionally installed. Hair looked good. Wasn't very happy with lace. Bleached the knots but still didn't love it. I was tolerable because the hair was so soft and full of body. I shampooed it and conditioned it. Hair slowly started to become more difficult to manage in the mornings. I braided hair at night. In the mornings, I combed it out with wide tooth comb and sprayed with water containing small amount of conditioner. After 2 weeks, this hair was matted and was breaking combs... literally. The very back of hair was the worse. Could only comb when hair was saturated with water. Took photos and reached out to company. They offered me a coupon and tips to shampoo hair. I have had the cheapest of cheap hair and very expensive hair. This is some of the worst hair ever. I would take beauty supply hair over this hair. Spent $130 with expectation of it lasting a while. I never leave reviews on hair but I don't want someone else not to know about the risk of receiving this horrible hair. I couldn't find hardly any bad reviews which should have been suspicious to me, but I see them now. Company does a great job of taking down bad reviews. Buyer beware!
Company asked me to try their suggestions of shampooing and conditioning and then taking down my review. There is no amount of shampooing and conditioning that will help this "hair."

Body Wave / 20 inches. It's good quality hair and didn't sheaf a lot. I don't know much about hair weave because I don't wear it often but the person that installed it said it is good quality. I'm so happy with my purchase and can't wait to get another one. I washed it and put it back on myself after getting my cousins to install and getting some tips from her. I definitely recommend this company!

I ordered a 10 inch bob 7/2/19. The description had no mention of layers. I received the wig 7/8/19. I cut and tented the lace and installed it. It didn't seem right! To my surprise the back looked like a child cut it! The last layer was longer than the top, giving a mullet appearance. I emailed Stella immediately. I also emailed later that night with pictures. I was offered a partial refund, in which I declined. I did not pay a partial price. And I do not feel like I should have to go through the trouble of sending the wig all the way to Hong Kong. The next email had the same offer but this time I was told to send the wig to a person and an address the wig did not come from. I was also told that I had to pay for the shipping and try to send it usps because they don't have shipping labels! Their customer service is terrible! And you can barely decipher the emails.

About the refund, you want us refund to you at first, but according to our return policy, you must provide the return tracking number for us then we can start the refund process. Everything is in accordance with the return policy. No one can guarantee that if you will return the items to us after we provide a refund.
We had promised we will full refund to you and will also refund the return postage to you after we receive the return parcel.
