I received my unit on 1/15/2020 and was completely shocked and angry at the product I received. It wasn't as described and had a different color shade as well. I've contacted the company several times requesting a refund. Per return instructions I've include pictures of the product and the company has been reluctant to provide any other return directions. The only response from the company was to try and have the product professionally styled, by one of their approved stylists. I declined and have continually requested a refund with no response from the company. I feel as though I purchased a product I'm not satisfied with and the company refuses to assist with my refund. This is like highway robbery and totally unacceptable. This company's false promises of easy no hassle returns are a sham and fraudulent. This company needs to be held to a higher standard! Company has false advertising and shady business practices.
Consumer beware before proceeding to purchase a product from this company! I purchased a wig from them recently. Alas, when I received the wig it was completely different from the picture that was advertised on their website! The shape was completely off and unflattering. I courteously emailed them to get a solution and since then we've been having a back and forth as they're trying to convince me to keep their substandard wig. They've refused to send me their address for a return to date, and are now threatening to deduct shipping costs from my refund. This is simply consumer fraud and false advertising. I've had a horrible customer experience with them. Learn from my pain, and be very careful purchasing products from this company!

I purchased this wig on a Saturday how ever my order wasn't able to be processed until the next business day. My order shipped on Monday and I received shipment updates via email until I received it on Wednesday. Not bad, right!?! This unit was constructed very well. I love the wig it's so soft. I brush all curls out and got it installed once she finished put water inside of a bowl to put on the hair and curl right back up. This is my second Luvme wig and I have yet to be disappointed. The only negative thing ican say is that when I pulled it out of the pretty package there was some excessive shedding at first. I also had to pluck it to get my desired look but overall this wig is IT. The price was very reasonable and I have received so many compliments.
