I was very cautious at first just because of all these scamming hair companies but I'm very very impressed! I love my unit. 20in deep wave frontal, got a free curling iron, plus a free instal kit including tweezers, wig cap, hair wax and a few other things. As well as the clip I have in the video.

After watching several videos and not having a wig for years I was excited to get one from luv me unfortunately with just one try on not even wearing it out the clips begin to fall out. The cap and size was way too big more fitted for a giant I really feel took and I'm hurt by that because this is my first time in a long time and you all took $219 from me I will never buy another wig ever from you all ever! I feel like luv me sent me a wig that somebody else had previously sent back it doesn't work for me and is not as simple for me as it seems you do better going to the local Beauty Supply in my opinion... I had seen luvme hair online & was nervous about ordering as this is my first time ordering hair online. The hair came surprisingly fast! Both wigs came in a beautiful purple box with goodies inside! And the hair is so soft. People have thought it was my real hair! Definitely not my last purchase from luvme hair!

This was the worst $338.00 i have ever spent this was some BS hair, the color was not what i requested and I have emailed the company several times. The only response from the company was to try and have the product professionally styled, by one of their approved stylists. I declined and have continually requested a full refund. I feel as though I purchased a product I'm not satisfied with and the company refuses to assist with my refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I have received better services and hair from Amazon. Do not waste your money on this BS they call hair. They also tried to refund me $35 like what the world. I've paid way more than that.

I purchased my unit to wear in a wedding, I received the unit in a timely fashion. All of the other ladies in the wedding party had on glued in caps no one new that I was wearing a wig, which is amazing. I have had the unit for well over a year and the hair is still in top notch condition. Thanks for selling a product as such.
