I just received my balayage wig in the mail on today and it is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice! The texture and feel of the hair is so soft and manageable. My order came with free gifts inside (hot comb, tweezers, and other goodies). The packaging was beautiful as well. I have ordered many different wigs from several places but this is by far my favorite. I will definitely be ordering again. The shipping was fast as well, I received my order within a few days and I had ordered it during the holiday! Very impressed

This was the first time I ordered from Luvme and I was nervous but they did not disappoint! The wig is so easy to put on and honestly one of the most comfortable wigs I have owned. Maybe because of the headband I am not sure but it is also very lightweight which I love and I got a 20 inch headband wig, and it is very full. I really appreciated the fact that they included several beautiful headbands to start me out, I have bought many more. The wig is more versatile as a "headband" wig because I can put it up in a full pony tail or half ponytail and I love that! Highly recommend this company! I also loved the fact that I got my wig in only 4 business days after ordering! I will be ordering more hair from them :)

I was always hesitant to purchase wigs online without actually seeing the hair in person due to some bad experiences in the past. I seen so many great reviews and decided to take a chance and so glad I did. The hair is so soft and beautiful, I love the way it feels! The pre plucked hairline also gives such a "natural look" without having to do nearly anything to it but cutting the lace and styling. It has been the best wig I have ever bought.

This wig has nits. They won't honor their own return policy.

1.We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

2. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed and uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with gifts and product package attached. Defective items must be reported with Email within 14 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Report email: *******@luvmehair.com.

3. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. If the returning is due to buyer's problem. We does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. When delivered, the unauthorized rejection is not allowed, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.

Refund:

1.If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

2.If the returning is due to buyer's problems (Such as: Don't like/want, Order wrong product/size), we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight and handling fee, and you must contact us for returning within one month of receiving.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.

4.If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact with us at first. If you return the items without contacting us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.

I absolutely LOVE the look and feel of the hair. This is my 1st human hair wig and I was amazed at how soft and manageable the hair was. There's minimum frizz and hardly no shedding and it's the PERFECT "Throw On" wig for working from home but still wanting to feel cute. It's also perfect for when you need to run out and don't want to look a hot mess and/or primp too much. I love it with just the black headband that's made onto the wig or with one of the cute headbands that came with it. LuvMe hair... yawl DID that!
