My first two purchases were fine but the last two went from bad to worse. This time the wig I received looked used. It's frizzy and the ends are bent out. The color is not the same as the picture. I've emailed them and called. No response. I will be sharing my experience in all of the hair groups that I'm in.

The hair is very silky, no tangles and has a great curl pattern. I have a faded hair cut but it was still very easy to apply, no glue, no cut baby hair and no lace! I am very happy about my purchase!

I absolutely adore this wig. It is very beautiful and very natural looking. I love the fact that I can wear it many ways, in a afro or a defined curly look. It's very simple to style as well. All you need is a water mister and leave in conditioner. It's super light weight on the hair, doeant leave any white build up and the curls pop for a long time (2-3 days). I definitely would recommend this wig to anyone 10/10!

I haven't even received the wig yet but the customer service is terrible, it took 4 days just for me to get a tracking number which i had to email them myself to get they never replied just sent me a tracking number, they also state on there page orders ship out within 24 hours clearly not and that shipping take 2-4 business days, by receiving my tracking number 2 days before the weekend is over I'm most likely not gonna get my package till the next week when i ordered it the end of last week definitely more than the expected wait time.

I ordered a wig and received my wig on September 16,2021. I immediately emailed Stella at luvmehsir about returning my hair. She told me to send pictures I did. I said the color is different from picture. Stella told me they could give me 30 percent off on next purchase. I said no then she told me to sell the wig. I said no then she offered me twenty dollars I said no. I said please refund my account. I was told they don't do refund only credits. I emailed back and said you have two different refund policies going on because the one that came with the hair states they will refund you in the form of payment you paid minus shipping. I attached the policy the came in the box with the hair. No more response from Stella. Buyer beware they don't honor return policy and hair is this hair was not quality.

I'm the proud owner of approximately 10 units and some are over 2yrs old! Every unit has been flawlessly constructed and gorgeous in beyond anything I'd imagined! I will be ordering more in the future! Thank you Luvme hair!
