I ordered a wig for $256 on 5/9/22 I received the wig on 5/13/22 the wig is too small and will not stay on my head. The wig looks nothing like the picture and it actually looks like a wig. I requested a refund and Stella advise I couldn't return the wig because the lace was cut. I have never wore the wig and definitely did not cut the lace. I was also advised that I need to shampoo and condition the wig prior to wearing the wig. Please explain to me why I should have to do that on a brand new wig. This company is definitely a scam and finds any reason to not issue a refund.

I have purchased over 6 units from this company. Needless to say I'm over the top please with everything I purchased from them. The hair is soft with very little shedding. Very high quality wigs. They also give you discount codes which drops the price tremendously. There's always a sale. I urge you to try them out. You won't be disappointed. The wigs arrive fast. I luv luv luv Luvme Wigs.

This bob is some initial work. You may wonder, "is this what I ordered?" Do not fear when you see the tight curls. Wash, air dry, use a small amount of hair spray and curl with a one inch rod.

At first I was skeptical about ordering a wig on line since my head is very small. But huntyyy this wig had an adjustable strap and it fit my head perfectly. I love the bounce of the curls although I curled it again ( like more curls). I will definitely order again..

When you check the website's page source code it shows more than what you see when you read their website. I happen to know how to do that and I was quite surprised. This description wasn't needed to print. Why not be honest with your main customers. Here is the Code:

I've bought 4 wigs from them and still have not learned my lesson till now. No way they are selling real hair. After the initial wash, the hair goes downhill. It mattes up so badly that I have to soak the hair in water and mousse to loosen it up. I was so embarrassed when my hair lady sent me a picture after she washed the wig. She wanted to show me that she did nothing wrong. The hair looked like a dry matted mess. I've spent too much money on Luvme to be getting trash hair like this. They won't get another cent out of me. They also don't allow bad reviews on their website so it leads you to think that they have no complaints. I wrote a long review only for it to be rejected. They then had the audacity to write me an email about how to care for the hair. IT'S FAKE, therefore I don't need any instructions. I'm done with Luvme and y'all should be too. I wish I would've taken a picture of the matted mess but the hair attached is hair I pulled out of the garbage, I flushed most of it.

I bought a wig from them less than 4 months ago and it's now birds nest. I originally tried to get a full refund but when I wrote on Stella offered me only $30 because the wig I ordered look nothing like the picture. Total bait and switch. I ended up settling with PayPal (that's where I reported them) they end up giving me $79 back. This is is a terrible and unethical company, the reviews on the site are fake.

This company deserves no stars. DO NOT SHOP HERE! It is definitely a scam. Package never arrived. They lie about delivering and shipping information was not valid and there is no real way to contact them. Numbers are disconnected and the customer service via email is horrible. No response to emails even with proof. They took my money and didn't even care to help fix the issue. They provided a whole different tracking number than the one I had received when it shipped and claimed it was delivered. AGAIN DO NOT SHOP HERE! They pay people to give good reviews and scam you out your money!

I ordered a 10 inch glueless wig and received it a few days later. When I undoxed the wig, the hair fell past my shoulders. Clearly, this was longer than what I wanted. I reached out to Stella and she wanted pictures of the wig being measured. So I took a few pics and in her reply to the pics was I measured the wig wrong. I then tried on the wig and you can clearly see the length was off. I understand their return policy and I was willing to ship it back with my own money. So I don't understand why they gave me a hard time to return it. After going back and forth with Stella, I just had enough and kept the wig.

Do not purchase from this company. I am a first time buyer and was very displeased with my wig purchase. I contacted Stella the same day that I received the wig to let her know that I was requesting a refund. She has been giving me the runaround sense. Offered me $30 credit towards my next purchase. I declined and still requested my refund. She has been ignoring my Emails and not communicating. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. Do not purchase!

I ordered from them because of all the good reviews, fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me fool me three times somebody slap me all three wigs were poorly made super thin not 180 density more like 120 or something one wig I've never even worn it's so bad, cap sizes are too small I measured my head before ordering wigs not as pictured soooo disappointing I saved to buy a human hair wig but this was surely disappointing even my beautician said it was poorly made Luvme stop taking people hard earned money for this cheap mess NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN I forgot to mention this wig have more split ends than I do the fly always when I tried to flat iron it only got worse SMH the photo I added does not do it justice the cap was so small you can see my edges I had to keep pulling it forward you can't wear it any other way it's very thin you can see the stitching and the lace is not transparent I was excited upon receiving but so disappointed when opening and looking at them smh very poorly put together back to my synthetics…

Ive been trying to reach someone for 2 weeks. No response. My order was wrong. I ordered a high density free part lace wig. I was also supposed to recieve a curling iron and I didnt get that. Ive been emailing, and calling a number. No answer, no response. I just want what I ordered or a refund.

After viewing only great reviews before placing my order. I'm VERY disappointed. Please be careful when ordering from this company, if you have any problem with your wigs they'll dodge and ignore your emails and messages. I have ordered two wigs one very dissatisfied because the cap fits the size of a kid and the band is HUGE and won't connect in the back. I'm very upset because I've paid more than $300 and this company fails to respond to assist me with my order. PLEASE BE CAREFUL
