This is an update to the response below. It took this company 3 months to respond to this review. Do not order from them. They are liars. I sent you pictures of both wigs with the confirmation number. NO RESPONSE from your company AT ALL! My bank refunded my money through a dispute. Stop lying. I sent you all the information by email 7 times and no response EVER! It's not a reputable company and their wigs are trash! ZERO STARS
I ordered curly wig 26 inches hair was shedding as I brushed it. Wig didn't have the same look as model who was taking it out the box and brushing it and showing how to fix it up. Hair was thin. I quess they pick and choose who they send the cheap wigs to. I quess cause I ordered several wigs from them about two other wigs and the other two was not like how it was pictured I didn't complain but yes I am now. Must of thought I was gonna keep letting them send the cheap ones to me

I requested a refund because my wig tore maki g it impossible to wear two weeks after i started wearing it. They want to refund me less than half of the purchase price. Never again

I ordered a wig for an event that I have this weekend. I scheduled it to be picked up, and when I went to go get it they wouldn't give it to me because I hadn't changed my ID back to my maiden name. UPS WAS SO NASTY AND RUDE TO ME! I love Luvme wigs, but if they ship through UPS I'll have to find another company that doesn't ship through them.

I have been wearing wigs for over 20 years but I have never worn a curly wig. I'm a newbie to this company, I have ordered three wigs so far. The first wig was a banged bob, so there was not much construction there. I haven't received the third wig yet, however, The curly wig being the second did not meet my expectations. I was very disappointed. There was nothing about the wig I can say I liked, especially the lace, it was too thick. Sadly I can't return it. I hope when I receive the third wig, it's better than the second. I don't know if i will purchase any more units from Luvme Hair

I ordered a 10" human hair bob middle part wig from this company. I received a side part wigs that's feels like synthetic hair. I emailed the company to get instructions on sending it back for a refund. I haven't received a reply after sending several emails. I believe this company is a scam, and the positive reviews are scams as well.

I love my wig. But the part is on the left side of my head. One of the reasons why I ordered it was the part was on the right side. Disappointed

Luvmehair has disappointed me. My wig was shipped by Luvmehair on 12/29/2023. Ups reported it stolen and it under investigation whileit was in their care. Therefore, I would think that Luvmehair would send me my wig. That I paid for! They stated I must wait until UPS completed the investigation. SMH, so I must inconvenience, it's 1/26/2023, still no wig.

I've brought 10 wigs from luvme hair and never had a issue until now.I contacted customer service and someone name Charlotte offered me a 30% discount. The wig is shedding and I have a bald spot I'm the front of the wig you can't hide it. I should have been offered a replacement or a generous discount. Now Charlotte isn't returning my emails. It's VERY unprofessional not to communicate with your customers. I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere at this point.

I am not sure why these ladies are talking about Luvme wigs My wigs came in a month later from my order and they were to bad. 2 was too small, 2 were the exact same and 2 were to big and scary that I would not even wear them on Halloween. Please don't buy these. The pictures show once I got them out the pack. I have done nothing to these wigs

The products I've received are not as depicted. I regret purchasing from here. If you order something and you don't like it, you're responsible for the fees associated with returning the item. My original order was not available so I chose a different item. It appears that they change the prices frequently also, but I was still overcharged as well. I dislike them both and I'm trying to work with the company to resolve the matter. It's been an ongoing issue for a month now.

I have ordered from the company 3 times and was pleased with the wig but really impressed with the 2 to 3 day delivery. My most recent order placed for 3 wigs and after waiting 8 days I chatted with support to be told its now coming from China and orders will now take 4-6 weeks. I explained I leave in 3 days for a 10 day cruise and will be out of the country and that the website should updated the customer prior to taking my money. She wants me to wait on then return it. I had to have a chat argument as I said I will not be responsible for the product being left outside my door and insisted they should contact the shipper and refund my money. Due to the deceptive website and poor customer service I will no longer order from Luvmehair. Buyer beware! Great thing is my money is good any where

Some in US and some in China. Our system will randomly select the warehouse after receiving an order. The wig was advertised as a lace front, but it was a cheap headband wig. The wig was also significantly shorter than what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, the company offered me 5% back. When I insisted on sending it back, they told me that I would either need to accept a 30% refund or pay myself to send it back to them. Terrible company with a terrible product and false advertising. Suspect that most of their reviews are paid for also.
They dont make terrible wigs but your going to be out of luck if you have any issues with your order rather your unsatisfied with the product or it wasn't delivered. They will spend days arguing with you to suck it up because they do not like to give refunds. They sent me proof that they did not delivery my package to the designated house number, insisted I go hunt the package down myself, put in a claims with UPS and refused me a refund or to re-deliver my items. Will not order from them ever again.
I purchased 3 wigs on the Halloween special. I guess it is true what they say you get what you pay for. My weeks look nothing like the website. I am really disappointed in what I received. One of them was too late so I tried to dye it and it did not take. The other $#*! so badly and the front is thick and won't lay flat! The final wig is shedding and is also thick in the front. What do I mean by thick? The band itself is fat and there is no way you can even lay baby hair! So so disappointing
You guys are a scam. The wig I ordered was NOT at all the wig you sent. IT WAS THIN ASF WITH NO LACE FRONT AT ALL couldn't wear in a bun or pulled back as advertised. Didn't have combs or the elastic band you claimed that it was Brazilian Human Hair but it's nothing but Synthetic Hair. I knew it was Synthetic when I took it out the Plastic Bag, Because it was wayyyyyy to SHINY. That's one other thing I was on YouTube and everyone on there received a box I got a bag. In the box they recieved a note saying " ENJOY YOUR HAIR JOURNEY FROM NOW ON!", A LITTLE PURPLE CASE TO STORE YOUR WIG IN, TWO WIG CAPS, THE LUVMEHAIR POUCH THAT INCLUDES THE SILK HEAD SCARF, A MIRROR, A $5 GIFT CARD, AND THE EDGE CONTROL BRUSH AND A INSTRUCTION BOOK. I RECEIVED NONE OF THAT S#*T. This wig has no part down the middle No part at all. The wig is straight TRASH... im soooo disgusted, disappointed and mislead... This company is a rip off and I will never spend my money with the company ever again and if this is how you do business shame on you (Helena) whatever your name is. I ordered 3 wigs under the assumption that it was another well known site.I received them today and I'm not pleased at all.they suppose to be human hair but they look and feel like Synthetic. The colors are wrong also, what a waste of time to wait over 30 days and to have to pay to send it back to them in too of having to pay to receive the items back.Very disappointed don't waste ur money.garbage...
The wig I received has short broken flyaway hair all over the Crown. It was noticeable as soon as i unboxed it. They stood up like static. The hair is ten inches so it should not have been a problem. It almost looks like it was made from scrap hair that was pieced together from a cuttings off the floor. The beauty of a bob is the cut which means the the hair needs to be uniform. Additionally, the cut was not good just hanging squaggly ends that would require a professional cut. Very disappointing. This is my first Luvme Wig. Wondering if this typical?
I never thought a company with so many clients would not have a high level of integrity. I purchased several wigs, and at a discounted price I returned the one that I had experienced major discomfort with, the wig was not altered by any means. When they received the return, they shortened me. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and dispute it with them directly, but because of this problem, it made me second-guess any future transactions with any company.

Answer: To keep your curly wig looking great, lightly mist it with water to dampen the hair. Then, apply a small amount of curl mousse or curl cream to define and enhance the curls. Gently scrunch the hair to shape the curls, and let it air dry.
