I've been ordering from this company for 3 years and I have over 30 units. The HD undetectable lace is unmatched. It isn't transparent lace being called HD lace like most companies. It's a lot thinner and really soft. I love that it comes with the knots bleached and pre-plucked. I have standard Swiss lace units from them also. The hair quality is great. I've only done three returns and customer service was prompt (within 6 hrs) and I could tell that they were trying their best to make me happy. I only did the return because the style of the units I didn't think looked flattering on me there was nothing wrong with them. I would highly recommend if you want quality and their discounts and rewards are much much higher than the average Hair company.
