Not that great and I don't get my initial $ back... messed up! I sent it back before the trial was up. Unfortunately, I have severe arthritis and unable to use properly, but that doesn't seem to matter. I will tell anyone and everyone not to order this! Customer service sucks along with the product sent with machine. AND YOU TOOK MY MONEY!
I received my orderThe day before it was supposed to come everything came fine have use the product three times since I received my order and now the thing that sprays out the make up is spitting out make up and sometimes wont do anything, nothing comes outcomes out. Trigger seems to be loose. Someone needs to contact me to get this taken care of right away. I have cleaned this after every use so I know its not that.
I received my first shipment only to discover that the starter package did not include the moisturizing foundation that was to be applied prior to applying the make up. I had to order that item separately. There was also no instruction booklet or DVD in my package showing how to use the product. I am still waiting for the missing items. When you advertise the product on television there was no indication that there was a necessity for the moisturizing item. At this point, I am still not able to complete my trial to determine if I would like the product or not. I probably will not continue use of the product unless I can actually try it out and see results.

Just received my make up and machine. Very easy to use and the make up is very light to wear. Did not cover like I thought it would. I need to practice using the make up.
Could have come with a bottle to clean the system. Bottles were not full. Could have come with cleaning solution also.
The product does not look like anything as advertised on TV. Defined my wrinkles way more and made me look very cakey and like i had way to much make on. I also never recd the mascara that should have been in the order. I also was mislead on the price. Thought i would spend the $30 for the trial but now i am being billed over $120 for the machine and products that did come with it. I will prob return all of it back. Very sad advertising.
Great product aand speedy delivery. I would recommend this product to anyone. I dont really need the monthly delivery of foundation so I will call and cancel.
Having a great time with the 7 day challenge. Every day it is getting easier. Love the results. This is definitely something to try. If I can do it anyone can.
I am very disappointed in Luminessair w/ silk. Not at all what is advertised or stated in the tutorials and demonstrations, I found the product accentuates fine lines and wrinkles and dries cakey. All products were not received, and the products that were sent are not the correct colors, too red/orange, too dark. It takes way more than the recommended 4 to 6 drops per application. Not easy to use.

The mascara did not come with the order. It came with two makeup colors and I can't get it to look like the advertisements on TV. It makes my winkles more prominent. I didn't realize I would have to come up with another $120 if I keep the machine. I didn't realize that I would have to keep buying more product on a club type basis. I'll give it the trial period before my final decision.
I love it but need to change my shade just a little darker but i am using it and loving it. It is so easy to use and the more i use it the better i get. Well worth it

Recieved order confirmation on 04/10/2017. However, I have been charged three times for the same product without my authorization.
Luminess Air, has been making charges to my credit card for products I haven´t requested.
I tried to make contact many times by pone, but lines are always busy or they keep me waiting on line for ages.
My daughter loves it, has had no problem learning to use it. Has had problem with face breaking out but this seems to be helping out since nothing touches her face.
I hope it is better than the razor (quality lacking) but have not tried it yet. Plus, I got stuck with a $45.00 delivery fee on top of what I paid. So far the actual product has not lived up to the hype.
Answer: NOT worth it! The airbrush is fine but the hassle of auto delivery which I didn't realize was part of it is expensive and not worth it! I canceled and still owe per the "agreement"! Very expensive after all this!
