I never received my order so I can't review what I don't have. I would just like a refund honestly.
Customer service was on point! After leaving this review on 3/23/24 I was connected by them less then 24 hrs later! She was able to give me the info on why I never got my order and let me know it was being sent out ASAP. But she did give me the choice to try it out for the 2 weeks or refund the order. I'm impressed because no other company has ever reached out to me before!

Ordered back on March 5th and STILL WAITING. I'm angry. I tried canceling but was told I had to call but problem with that is they never answer the phone! My delivery date was for the 22nd also, which it was supposed to be within 5-7 business days and IS STILL NOT HERE! GET IT TOGETHER...
I tried the product but it turned my face red and it burned. I asked for an RMA but was told since I bought it I couldn't return it. I needed to be paying over time in order to return it. Then I was told and RMA had been sent. I replied that I never returned it.

The color that the color test matched me with was way off. I look orange when wearing it. If it matched I would have liked it better because it does help cover fine lines. Im actually looking into sending it back before my trial period is up
