PRO: The product came quickly. I did order try before you buy, so I need to get ahold of the company, because the color is wrong for me. Con: It is hard not to get overspray and had it all over my sink.

So if there is a little over spray, not much is being lost! 😉 Even so, with practice and proper technique, you can most certainly have all the spray land on the brush!

I was unable to obtain the color foundation I wanted and settled for the light fair. It went on smoothly but did not cover flaws and wrinkles on my face. Also was not really moist enough as my face looked somewhat dry after applying. Can Also purchased the medium tan to cover freckles on my chest and arms. Didn't even come close to covering anything. Just made the skin darker. I get a refund?

It took a very long time to receive the product. The brush is awful. The bristles come out all over your face. The product is extremely thin so you have to use a lot to cover.

When I originally came upon the LUMINESS site there were technical functionalities where I wasn't able to place my order and then upon trying to use the coupon code it would not work. Then the discount code that the company I work for would not work. I placed the order finally. But still without discounts and customer service could not assist. I did not receive any information about the products and tools I ordered as regard to shipping except they were on the way but no tracking info and mi was charged and my payment went through but no information when I would receive them. Called customer service and my tools and products were delayed due to the foundation color was on back order, could not understand why other items were NOT shipped but I had been charged. The CS rep assured me the foundation had been received and there was a delay in shipping and couldn't tell me when I would receive the order. Finally received the order late last week, and that's not all but am exhausted with it!
