Been buying from Lucky Vitamin for about 10 years.
Recently been experiencing issues with its web site to the point where I couldn't add anything to the cart. Very frustrated. Got different stories every time I was on chat.
I have enjoyed being a long-time customer and the products offered IN THE PAST, but now I don't feel so "loyal".
For the current situation, a supervisor got on the chat and after about 40 minutes was able to add the item I wanted to the cart and I purchased what I wanted but it really should not have taken several days and about 2 hours to order stuff.
I will chalk this experience up to bad IT, even though IT says they had no problem.
If it happens again, I am done.
I will give them 3 stars because their past work has been 5 stars, but the current operating standard is really less than 2 but I can't bear to give them 1 star.
Sometimes you can't find items in a store so this site is great. Was trying to find a certain toilet paper and none of the stores had it except one and they kept running out. This site came to my rescue.
LuckyVitamin has great prices on their products. Website is very user friendly. I've had no issues with any of the orders I've placed.
If you're looking to get the biggest bang for your buck, shop here. Never had any problems. All the quality brands, at fair prices. Forget brick and mortar stores!
Non of the products were available I could not update my order of celadrin cream now I have to buy it at amazon for douple price AND I DO NOT LIKE THIS.

Great choices and prices on items I need. Love ordering from them. Prices cheaper here than on Amazon. Love the spoonable Stevia and have been using it for years. It is cheaper on here than Amazon Prime. I also order my vitamins from here as they are cheaper. They ship fast too. If place an order for $49.00 the order ships free!

LuckyVitamin has a large selection of vitamins and supplements and decent prices. If you look around you may find better prices on some items. Shipping sometimes takes a while, had to wait many days sometimes before an order was finally mailed.

I found items here that I can't find other places. I was able to try new fragrances on deodorant that I didn't even know were available. I also found them on sale, I hope the sales are often. Will be looking for other items as well.
Absolutely agree about of Lousy service! Was charge for all order but received only half,,, and its no way to tracking on order history... fine out only when called customer service and,,, so many damages,,, and other story to have -'auto ship', don't recommended anyone! Very bad customer service... so sad, seems great idea and good products, will looking for othesr company with better service. You losing other customer with 250$ a month...
I order successfully about every 6 weeks or so. The only problem that I have with this web order is that it forces me to submit a review before I am allowed to actually pay for the order
