Lucky Vitamin carries a product my husband requires for health reasons. Cannot find in stores, product ranges from $10 to $15 per box on Amazon and other websites. Lucky Vitamin offers this product for $6.99 consistently. I always receive free shipping because my order is over $25. Instant order confirmation via email and continued email communication during shipping process. I have ordered several times and have never had an issue.

I was having a terrible time putting together my order because the process was so very slow. I've been working on this order for a few days and was using Internet Explorer. I had completed it early this morning before just shutting down the computer. When I went to complete it, my order had disappeared. I then used Google and put together the order in a relatively short period of time. That was great.
I wanted to use your company because, besides the products, you also listed Paypal as a payment choice and that's my preference when shopping online. However, that is not the case even though the icon is still listed on your site.

It takes me over an hour to place an order that should take 15 minutes. You cannot change quantities in the cart. I had to delete product and go find it and add it again.
This is just ridiculous. Cart takes 3 minutes to update if you can change quantity. I dread ordering from Lucky Vitamin. Takes forever to get orders delivered. Other companies take 1-3 days. Something is always on backorder.
The first shipment took a month to arrive, however this time I went with DHL and have been informed it should take 9-11 days. The product itself is genuine and absolutely delicious... and is cheaper to order from Lucky Vitamin in the USA than from a distributor in Australia, postage taken into account.
I'm sad that all the coupons available are only for new customers -- I wish there were better coupons/discounts available for returning customers. Also, I think it's lame that the lucky vitamin points expire so frequently -- so someone like myself who doesn't order regularly get's jipped. I've been ordering from Lucky Vitamin for years, but I have never been able to redeem points because of how quickly they expire.
But there are a few things I do prefer ordering from Lucky Vitamin, especially if I've got $50 worth of stuff I need. So I grudgingly come back
No issues basically carries all the brand names that we like at a discounted price. Free shipping is a bonus that we appreciate.
I love shopping here because of the huge variety of quality organic vitamins at such incredible savings! Shipping is always free for me because I buy it all at once. Last order should have been $107 but was only $68 for 5 items! There is no better place to shop for vitamins in my opinion.
