Said free shipping then charged me $9 for shipping, called to ask why she said because it's going to a PO Box. My account had a physical address first and PO Box as secondary because that's what my billing is under. Lady was rude said she doesn't know why it choose the PO Box. She never offered to fix it to go to my physical address. Cancelled the order. Poor customer service, will buy my product from another company.

I like Lucky Vitamin for it's wide selection of quality products and easy to access descriptions of each product. I used to shop on Amazon exclusively, but I heard it's a NWO sweatshop, so I'm trying to not feed the monster. Organic, low Cholesterol, low Potassium for me, Kosher. Small difficulty that Kosher items are all together - that means 61 pages of scrolling thru chips, spreads, etc., that I do not need - if grains, & beans, or cooking were separate, I'd be happier; yet the prices & selection are very good & no driving.

I love Lucky Vitamin, but your paypal system needs a severe overhall. I tried for two days straight to use paypal to pay for my order and finally I had to give up. After several calls to my bank, paypal and lucky vit it was determined the problem lies with you.

Often times cheaper than Amazon. So far no issues so I'll continue to shop here. Some yummy but healthy foods and supplements.

After spending an hour assembling a $ 400 order I was AGAIN frustrated at the very end with your "CHECK/CORRECT AREAS..." Since my last order ($600) of August 2017 was REJECTED because YOU didn't know how to operate Paypal... this time I used just my Debit Card. You're still $#*!ed up! So as a last resort after all this work, I elected PayPal anyway... It went through. Disgraceful experience

I like that I can use my PayPal account for purchasing vitamins. A lot easier and no need to put more of my financial information in cyberspace.
