The web site runs very slow and it does not show the price until you put it in your cart, than if you do not want it you have to remove it and find were you were again. Very frustrating!

Good comparable prices, and selection of products. I've ordered from this company for years. Slow website, however, that does lock up sometimes when reviewing products back and forth. It takes a bit of patience when checking out sometimes, but overall, I will continue to shop because of the selection of products and fair prices.

Pretty good website. Slow and locks up sometimes. Generally shows me what I am looking for. The ordering process is better than it used to be.

I just finished my second time ordering the same product from your website (Alter Eco Super Dark Blackout Bars). For some reason, it didn't recognize me as a repeat customer and since there are apparent benefits to repeat customers, that was a disappointment. Other than that, your pricing is reasonably competitive and your free shipping is a great money saver. Keep it up.
