I placed an order from the UK and, contrary to some other reviews, had a great experience. I had chosen the fully insured and prepaid customs duty option and the item arrived within 2 weeks (which included the Easter bank holiday weekend!). The item was still A LOT cheaper than it would have been had I bought it directly from the UK. I would recommend!

I love Chameleon Cold Brewed Coffee Concentrate (Mocha) and Lucky Vitamin has excellent prices and free shipment, however they should put more cold packs in each shipment, especially during summer months as expedited shipping is much too expensive.

They have what I can't find in my area and I like the fast shipping!
The only thing I dislike is doing surveys :(

Want more non-GMO options, especially with Now brand. I am especially wanting soy-free options in Co-Q10 with Vitamin E added.

What a slim selection. Where is the Peaceful Prairie Lavender-Chamomile-YlangYlang olive oil lotion? Please bring it back. And when will the face crèmes be available? You used to have two kinds. Love that stuff. So disappointed.

While searching for a discount code, the process of check out had to be continually renewed as each code was used. It is tedious having to practically start the check out process each time, could be frustrating if a person allows it to be. Overall though, the prices were very competitive, nice variety of products and I will definitely order from this website again depending on how items ordered arrive.

Am long-time customer; website has gotten more difficult to use in past several months; takes longer to place order. Tried to call, but was on hold too long so just placed it online and hoped for the best. If it isn't broken, don't fix it.
