I really enjoy the service at Lucky Vitamin. The prices and discounts are great, the checkout process is easy, and the range of products is fantastic. My problem is that the website is not mobile-friendly. I tried for about 20 minutes to buy sunscreen on my iPad, but the page continually crashed and reloaded, froze for up to a minute, and lagged while trying to scroll. The checkout page crashed multiple times and I lost the contents of my cart each time. It was very frustrating, and I've never had these problems with another website on my iPad. I ended up quitting and placing my order on my desktop computer, which isn't a huge issue but it's not convenient. Once this is fixed, the service will be much more user-friendly.
Overall I would definitely buy through Licky Vitamin again, and would recommend to anyone looking for affordable health products.
