I live in a remote area and must order most of my supplements. I've used Amazon and the shipping is quite expensive and it's difficult to order and try and use same vendors, even at higher prices to reduce shipping costs but Lucky Vitamin had everything, at competitive prices and reasonable shipping costs.

I've received one order quickly and ordered more! They have the brands I can't find elsewhere and at very competitive prices. Had no problems and will be back. :)

I have always had a very easy experience with Lucky Vitamin. They have what I like and the service is really good. I always order Pantothenic Acid because it keeps me from getting a cold. I haven't had a cold in many, many years. When I tell people, B5 keeps me healthy, I always tell everyone I know to use Lucky Vitamin online. The price is better and the quality is good.

My N. P. recommended I take this some 9 years ago. I never want to be without it. Helps solve my gut issues.

I have yet to find better prices for the high quality brands Lucky Vitamin carries, and for this they get my 4 stars.
Having said that, the customer service can be very slow to respond. After several emails they eventually solved the problem of receiving an empty bottle of supplements.

Website was easy to use. Customer support staff was very helpful in assisting me with purchase. They have a great selection of products.

After 5-6 orders I feel that LuckyVitamin selection, service, and reliability is better than other online retailers (I can compare with about 5 other, sorry - no names;-)

I'm in Canada so I can't find most of the specialty brands I want anywhere else at a reasonable price... Bai, Siete, Lily's Chocolate, Simple Mills... etc. While I wish it had Amazon's 2 day shipping, lol, I'm just so happy I can get my brands. Even paying duties is worth it!
