I have been shopping with LV for years. I have always been very pleased with products and with service. Prices very competative.

My orders are always sent well packed and never damaged in transport. Can't say that about other online vitamin stores.

I've searched out several on-line companies for supplements and vitamins. LuckyVitamin has the best variety, prices and by far, the best customer service.

We return to this great site over and over again. Lucky Vitamin is the only outfit that carries some of the better items from Japan and other far-away countries. We normally receive the items within 5 days.

I like this website for the reason that you can find different items that are not available in stores and are really good for you.

I have had no problems ordering or receiving goods from this site. All products are well within expiration. Easy-to-read information for those of us who have allergies.

I have been ordering from LV for about 6 months now. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. From ordering to delivery. I did send something back once and that took a little while to process but once i made them aware of how long it took, they refunded me right away. They are my "go to" for my supplement, cruelty free and vegetarian needs.

A lot of what I use aren't available in stores and online or very limited. Good experience so far with the company.

I placed an order online on Monday, but it apparently did not go through. I have been trying to reach by phone and chat but have not been able to get through or receive a response when I left messages.
I have placed a second order, and was informed that expedited shipping was unavailable for my order, although I intended to pay for.
Thus the low rating.

I've only ordered a couple of times, prices are comparable to my local health food store, but the auto ship option is an easier way of making sure that I never run out of my vitamins.

I am able to obtain products here I cannot find locally in my small town without an hour drive to a larger city and then it is still hit or miss. I make use of the free shipping on my orders and with the good prices on each item I cover my vitamin needs economically. Once an order was lost in shipping and they sent a replacement via expedited shipping at no additional charge. Very satisfied with Lucky Vitamin on all levels.

Product arrived as promised on time. In addition, I received 15% discount gift card. No complains. I live in Toronto and I had no problems with the order or delivery.

I would be more inclined to by Lucky Vitamin brand products if the did not include sucralose but used stevia instead.

The bath sponges I ordered are difficult to find either in stores or on the 'net. I was lucky enough to find them on Lucky Vitamin.
