Fast shipping. The web site was easy to use. The quality of items purchased is great. I will definitely order again. Also the knowledge about each item was very helpful.

Just placed my order and it was a great experience. Tons of healthy options for all and greatly enjoy the reoccurring option, for the future. Looking forward to receiving my first order and incorporating the right vitamins and supplements for energy, anxiety, depression, overall health, brain support and immune support.

I would put "zero" stars if I could. I canceled ordered as soon as I placed it. Received "canned" email that the order was updated, and not to request again. Funds never refunded. They claimed 2 days later that it was too late to cancel. Ordered on a Thursday, they claimed they could not stop the order, but shipped following Tuesday via USPS. They are not honest. I would never order anything from them again.

Send products poorly packaged and then expect you to jump through hoops to get it resolved
I received wet damaged items leaking and a big hot mess. They wanted me to send stuff back to them this way and would not give me refund. I had to fight just to get some sort of compensation. Stay away. Garbage company with no ethics!

Just love ordering from here they have a huge selection. Sometimes they're out of stock but these are the times we live in.

Wow if I new it would take 12 days to receice 1 bottle of vitamins I would buy somewhere else. I live in Miami so its not a rural area. The website said in stock but i dont think it was. Next time I will order from Amazon.

2 times in a row, I have ordered products on sales that were clearly in stock. I paid via Paypal and was waiting for my products and the shipment notification which never came. No sound, no image. I inquire, and I was told that the products were not in stock, however if I place a new order for the same item at full price, it's in stock! And I can clearly see that I can order the same item. I told them that I immediately need my money back. Their response is that is has to be approved which can take up to 2 weeks.
Thank god, I paid via Paypal; I submited a dispute and Paypal refunded me that same day.
I have paid also using some gift cards; but when they refund you, they will never refund you the gift cards amounts and their supervisor Geo told me that this is the way they do business when I tried to have the gift cards refunded.
So if you want to be ripped off, and to deal with the worst crooks that you can find, then purchase from them. I was a customer for many years but this was an eye opener. Buyer beware!

Lucky Vitamin is my go-to for all supplements, teas, even some healthy snacks and food options!
Been with them for over 20 years, and I am here to stay!

They have a great selection of products and they ship to Canada! I am on a paleo diet and live in a remote area with not a great selection of Paleo food. I'm loving this store!

I've been a lucky vitamin customer for many years. Their customer service practices are not congruent with their stated customer satisfaction policy.
If you value your money, energy and peace of mind DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
They are not interested in keeping their customers happy/satisfied.
They will not do the right thing and correct their errors and compensate you fairly.

I was so glad to get my favorite jackfruit brand and some healthy finds. I was disappointed that some items I was searching at had a minimum order of 5 so I did not get it since it would be too expensive. Good place to shop overall but some products are really overpriced!

My title basically says it all. This was the third time I ordered from them. I was a little apprehensive at first, but have had no issues.
I have been able to find products on their site I couldn't find in retail, and much cheaper than on other sites.
Shipping was quick, and not an issue.
I would recommend them to a friend.

Wonderful healthy Nutrients to provide good energy to take good time outdoors hiking Mt Finlayson in Goldstream Park on Vancouver Island with my Canine Companion Whippet Caesar who recently reached 12 last February and I will be 69 come November. Thank goodness for Dr David Perlmutter who understands a lot about the connection between our digestive system, stomach, Vagus Nerve and our Brain. Whereas the majority maybe all Neurologists in Canada do not know anything about that resulting in my losing my drivers license last year with no consideration that I hiked Mt Finlayson with my Companion Whippet Caesar 87 times since April 7,2019.
