I bought products on the site and paid for delivery to be fast and safe but I did not receive it on time and still had to pay again to get my purchase at the post office.

I had a hard time finding a vitamin once I changed to search another one. You all have great prices and I know I will come back to buy if the item I need is still a better price than my store,

I wish you had little more leadway on return shipping, as for example if a product was shipped to you and still in original shipping box, never opened, I think 6 months should be authorized if you contact customer service wit extenuating circumstances. Also a little more detail on choosing pro biotics, as there are a lot of choices.

Last order of flax oil had only one cold pack and it was thawed by the time I received it. I had to pay extra for that one pack. Too much for one pack. I might as well paid for overnight shipping or bought the flax oil at a local grocer.
