I've been a LuckyVitamin shopper for well over a year and have been pleased. They have a large selection of healthy products at competitive prices. I know I can call their customer service department to address any issues, e.g. not the greatest packing. I do wish they'd train the warehouse staff to handle and pack better, but since they stand behind their products (I've sent photos of goods damaged upon receipt) it's really not anything to worry about. The most important supplement that I need to regularly purchase from them shows up in good condition, and that's my main priority. As long as my supplement keeps showing up every month in good condition, I'm pretty content to keep giving them my business and it's always enjoyable to shop around to see what new items I might try that they have on special. Would be nice if you didn't have to play beat the clock if you're getting a good deal on something, meaning as long as it's in the cart it would be nice to not have to check out before time expires, but actually tonight it worked out well as I was really piling a lot in my cart, which is easy to do with all of their specials, still... just a heads up that when they have a clock up for timed specials, you really do need to check out before that time runs out. They are definitely one of my favorite online health product sites. I find it very odd to see any bad reviews, as their customer service is great, which more than makes up for any other issues. If you need anything in a hurry, you might want to go elsewhere, as sometimes they run out of stock and have items on backorder, but if you don't mind waiting and would rather have standard delivery to help you save, then you'll probably be very happy with Lucky Vitamin.
Ordering is easy, fast & painless. My Sister refereed me & I couldn't be happier. Auto ship will be a blessing so that I do not have to worry about ordering.

There's just a lot, a lot, a lot of stuff to sort through. I see the reviews that aren't happy about shipping, but I've never had a problem at all. I just find the website kinda time consuming to sort through. But I like the videos of the companies, so I know about their products and production, and I like the products offered.
