Justin Thrasher was very helpful answering all my questions and was very professional. It was very pleasant speaking to him.
Since she received her inogen she has only used it twice, it is going to take her getting use to it being a pulse flow and not constant flow. In time I think she will like it more.

The swivel on shoulder strap is missing a portion of the snap lock. The original discussion with Jordan Abecasis and an e-mail he sent stated I would have a three year warranty. The final receipt e-mailed to me states only a one year warranty, why? Part of the reason I went with this unit was due to the three year warranty along with other factors. Please advise me on this asap. Larry Balentine

The item I ordered was back ordered despite online status indicating in stock for immediate shipment. I called customer service to request a refund. Customer service ensured that backorders for my item would be filled within 7 days. I received the ordered item approximately 9 days later.

And gave me all the information about the G4. She explained the 30 day trial and offered for me to call her if I have any questions when I get the machine. She advised me that someone will contact my doctor to get the prescription they need to process the order.

Time will tell if the package is what was quoted.

Generally I am satisfied. There is a bit of a learning curve on a new machine. I am getting better on understanding my needs and the machines capability to meet those needs.
