I was under the impression that the $19.95 I paid covered the cost of paying the FL Driver's Exam. But - nooooo! There was an additional $19.95 assessed that was not disclosed charged for an adult exam. My 15 year old is not an adult and she was just getting her Learner's Permit. I don't feel like there was full disclosure about costs.
(Added Tues 11/10) I want to make note of the fact that the company owner got back to me very quickly to explain the additional fees and offer a full refund because they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. While I believe the fees might be more prominently explained I do have to say in a day and age when there is a lack of customer service this company took ownership and that speaks volumes and was greatly appreciated. Plus, in the end my daughter got her Learners Permit and we managed to efficiently do what we set out to. All that said I have also revised my overall rating!

Initially, I was upset that the delivery options had not been included prior to purchase but a wonderful customer service agent reached out and provided a detailed explanation which fully helped me to understand and also provided a solution to my concerns. I am grateful to have been explained my own confusion and also to have been listened to. This course is thorough and provided what I was needing from a driver's course. Thank you

I agree with other reviewers. They advertise $5.94 for the basic course. After passing the exam, ready to pay, I went through multiple VERY CONFUSING pages that tried to upsell me extra services. I always checked the "FREE" option, but often it would somehow revert to an extra charge. I remember the final checkout page showing only $5.94, but I could be mistaken. My credit card showed a charge of $25.89. I called the school to find out why. To their credit, my call was answered quickly and politely. I was informed that the extra $19.95 was some sort of official Florida fee. The rep told me that that charge is specified at the beginning of the checkout on the first page, but I never saw it. Okay, so I guess it's a legitimate charge. I contacted my credit card company, saying I was overcharged by $19.95. They immediately refunded that amount.
The course itself and the test were full of meaningless statistics that nobody would memorize. They were from 2016. Some of these statistics appear on the final exam. Is this helpful in improving your driving?! Even though it is an "open book" exam, it is very difficult to switch back to various chapters to look up the answers. Not at all easy to navigate. I would not recommend this school, but others may be just as bad. Amazing that Fla. Highway Safety endorses this school! Between speed trap ensnarement and "approved" traffic schools, this is quite a racket for the state and for the schools. I am disgusted.

It was easy to use and understand. Ive never done a class like this online and for it being my first time it was a great experience. The information given in the class is very educational and I learned a lot from it. I would recommend this class to everyone taking the driver improvement course. Also the options toget your certificate of completion are fit for everyones needs. I was worried I wouldn't get it in time but they have an option to get it emailed right away. I was put a ease when I seen that. Over all definitely would recommend this class and website to all my family and friends. I know from experience they will be taken care of.
