The 4 hour course is poorly presented, the questions on the test are not always clear, and everything that happens requires another fee! Hey, here's an idea! Quote an honest price for a quality product. These people are within the law but outside morality. Run for your life!
What a SCAM! This website is a waste of time and money! Save yourself a headache (and your money) and go with someone else! It is not the "lowest price traffic school" It is acutally 29.95 + another $19.99 if you want the certificate emailed to you. Otherwise it will be mailed and will be 15-30 days! The class is full of mind numbing statistics that you WILL be tested on later. The test might be open book, but good luck finding the answers in the sections. If you fail the test, you can take it again for another $25 bucks! If you take longer than an hour to complete the test, you run the risk of the page timing out and you have to start over with a whole new set of questions. TRUST ME go somewhere else... anywhere else! In the end that is what I did. It is not worth it! I ended up doing the improv traffic school it was cheaper, faster and you can take the test again for free if you need to. Also they email you your certificate for free in 30 minutes. 24hr customer service if you need it. You can do it on your computer or phone.

The $5 and change lowest price becomes 30 dollars real quick and then after you pay, they blindside you with a 20 dollar charge to EMAIL your cert, or you can wait "15-30" days for free. Just about the most a scummy way to go about a business and legal by just a hair. Do not do business with this company.

They claim to be low price up front but then they add on fees for their services. When i was finished with the test they tried to add on the same fees that i declined earlier before i started. A little shady i would not use them again

This is a very sketchy internet company. They are not upfront about the costs of the product. They tell you that you can get the complete drivers program for $34.95 then they start adding on fee's that the consumer is not being informed of prior to purchasing. They add 2- 14.95 fees that were not included in the $34.95 price. Then, after you have paid for the program they claim they tell you that your child could have to retake the exam at the DMV. I was not informed of this. I asked them to send proof that I was informed of this. They stated they would send an email which I never received. I complained to them and told them that I wanted a refund. They only refunded the 2- 14.95 fees but did not refund the cost of the DMV test even though my child had to be retested at the DMV as she was 'randomly" chosen. I paid nearly $70.00 and my child still had a 4 hour wait at the DMV to retake her test.
The other complaint I have and I have informed the company of is that they should not be so dishonest and sketchy in their advertising. They advertise that the results will be available immediately but they do not tell you that in order to get the results, you have to pay an additional $14.95 to have it delivered to your email or wait approximately 2 weeks for delivery. After spending nearly $70.00, I chose to not do this. I hit no when asked if I wanted to pay the additional $14.95 for email delivery. After you hit no on the website for this option, it knocks off a couple dollars each time you say no to the question. It then asked if you would recommend the company. I repeatedly said no. They just keep knocking off a couple dollars every time. It is so strange and completely sketchy. This is not a professional company in the least and I highly recommend people to stay away from them.
This company is out to get people and is working very dishonestly. When I told this to the manager she had the nerve to tell me, "This is the industry standard." How disappointing is this? The industry standard, really? Maybe you should try a little harder to not be as the industry is, if the industry standard is to be sketchy and dishonest with your consumers.
This is not a professional company in the least and I highly recommend people to stay away from them.

We charge $34.95 for the New Driver Package you selected plus the $14.95 Florida State Assessment Fee & Processing Fee and $14.95Automated Drivers License Testing System (ADLTS) Fees for a total of $64.85. Be assured, the fee breakdown is listed on the right side of the page where the credit/debit card information is entered when you visit our website and select the "REGISTER NOW" button to register. The Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles REQUIRES that we collect a State Assessment Fee for each person completing a BDI or TLSAE course. Assessment Fees are remitted to the Department's Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund which is used to administer the Department's programs and to fund the general operations of the Department. Providers are also required to process and submit your information to the Department, and, for BDI customers, provide a course completion certificate, as well as maintain certain course records pursuant to Florida law. Submitting your information to the Department is always free at LowestPriceTrafficSchool.com. Effective January, 27th, 2015, the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles requires providers to contract with Solutions Thru Software (STS) for testing services. STS requires providers to remit an additional per test transaction fee for each initiated Florida driver's license test administered by the provider. This fee includes an applicant usage fee and the additional per test transaction fee that shall be remitted to STS in compliance with the State of Florida requirement, as well as the related credit card transaction fee incurred by the provider.The certificate is sent to you by USPS Standard Mail within 7 business days unless you choose to expedite the shipment. Expedited delivery is elective and enables you to receive your certificate electronically via email within three hours of course completion or via UPS Next-Day Delivery. There is an additional fee charged by our fulfillment center to have your certificate emailed. This option is not required, but if you have waited until the last minute or are in a rush to get your certificate, it provides you the convenience of receiving it quickly.

The state requires that you re-take the exam if you do not pass, but you cannot take it online more than three times. The Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles charges each time you re-take the exam.
All applicants are subject to random selection for re-examination at the driver license or tax collector office prior to the issuance of any license. Failure to pass the random re-exam will require the applicant to pass the knowledge exam prior to license issuance.
If you are 18 or older at the time you go to the Driver License office, you are not eligible to take the exam online.
If you are 13 or younger, you are not eligible to take the exam online.
Any applicant or parent or guardian giving false statements regarding the applicant's examination efforts is committing fraud and subject to license cancellation for a period of one year in accordance with section 322.22 and 322.27(1)(d), Florida Statues.
As an examining applicant you are required to answer personal security questions before and during the on-line examination.
Payment of any fees to LowestPriceTrafficSchool.com will not affect fees payable by the applicant to the Department for issuance of a driver license...
