They didn't transmit my certificate to the FL DMV and when I called about it the representative told me they had but would not provide proof and when I asked to speak to her manager she started arguing with me and after several requests to speak to her manager, she hung up on me.
Your so-called "Lowest Price Traffic School" took a total of $115.03 out of my bank account in order for me to complete a four-hour traffic citation course. I missed passing by two questions, and they took an extra $29.88 from me, without my being aware until I went into my account and saw it. This is a giant RIP OFF and totally UNETHICAL! I will let everyone I know about this and tell them to stay away from this bag of BS! They're taking advantage of people's misfortunes and that's terrible... shame on them!
They describe everything as a breeze... then pricing goes from $5.94 to a near $30 minimum and they pester and nag you to buy other services instead of just starting the "class". Told I can take the test over if I fail, then when I fail by ONE question, I need to pay $30 again, more than doubling the price of the course. I used them once in 2011 and they've gotten so much worse since. I want the re-test fee refunded.
They did not tell the students from the beginning that if the students fail the exam, the students have to pay extra $29.88 to retake the exam. They want to take more money from the students that why they didn't tell the students. They only tell the students after the students submit the exam. Why don't they tell the students before the students take the exam? No honest, no ethic
They charge you 25 dollars just to send you the certificate TO YOUR EMAIL! Plus if you don't pass the test, they don't tell you that you have to pay an extra 30 dollars to take another one without knowing. AWFUL DON'T DO IT
I signed up to do the drug and alcohol test with this website, at first they lower u with a price of $7.79 with seem workable but by the time i finish registration the new cost was $37. And add insult they ask u to pay addition money for them to email if to you. Which i refuse. I completed the course on the 11 of Feburary and 12 day after i am still awaiting or my certificate.
The advertise 5.95 for online traffic school and then nickel and dime you until the price is 30 dollars, just to notify DMV, or send you a certificate. The testing concentrated to heavily on cost and statistics rather than its intended purpose to ensure you now traffic laws and regs. Very unprofessional. I certainly hope I don't need to do this again, but if I do, I would avoid this school. Set up for them to be a cash hog is all. Find a more sensible/ honest/reputable school and don't send money to these money scammers.
Never mención if you dont past the test you have to pay $30 again for a re-test plus the first payment of $25.89 plus $29.95 certification to received by email you will ended it paying almost $90
They tell you that if you do not pass the exam you can take it again, I missed it by one question and had to pay another $30 to take it again, which was never stated up front. Also, they have ridiculous questions to try and get you to fail, I will be reporting them to the BBB.
They advertised as 5.94 then without warning added 19 something in "fees" which they do not explain. They also neglected to inform you that if you want your certificate in an form of timely manor you'd be paying an extra 20 to 30 bucks.
False and deceiving advertising. Bait and switch. This company needs to be reported to the doj. Advertises 5.95 and tricks you into paying 60 more dollars. Do not use this company. Straight up rip off
Why cant they let you know from the beginning that theyre about to charge you $30 just to have this certificate emailed to you? Lol they tell you after they already charged you $25 just for the class even they advertise $5. Theyre slick. Wouldnt do business with them. Not even about the money, its about how they arent open and honest about prices
They falsely advertise $5.94 price then add 19.95 processing and state fee. State fee is only 2.50, so they are charging $17.45 extra! It's a scam.
Beware of this ripoff site. They lure you in with a postcard saying it's less than $6. Then they add a "mandatory fee" taking your total up to $26. Not a huge deal. Once you've entered your credit card number, that's it - there's no finalizing your purchase - you've been charged. Then they start to present options that should be included in the price of the course. Don't pay for any of them! The worst part is they make you pay $30 for them to email a certificate to you. You can pay less to have it send via "third class mail" which no one uses and they advise you that only half of people who choose that option receive their certificate on time (supposedly 15-30 days). Sticking a stamp on an envelope is first class mail so wtf is third class and why does it cost so much? DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
A good definition of what is called a mouse trap in marketing. They lure you in with a very low initial price, then they ask for your credit card, once in, you get bombarded with options that you would assume standard nowadays, like email your completion certificate- the option? Wait up to 30 days for the certificate to be mailed to you... I ended up paying almost $70
Just hate the tactics and the constant pestering to upgrade upgrade upgrade to what I would assume was standard
Really convenient but when you get to that hidden fee you could get really frustrated. What you do is refuse their discount offers till they offer to send it to you via email, free.
The lowest price traffic school has been a stress free and straightforward experience for both of my kids. They both now have their permits. For the cost and easy navigation on their site, it's a win, win.

$5.94 is crap it's over $71 and then it doesn't work. Trying to get the Certificate after completing the course - you have to call-in because the site doesn't work - when you do call in you are inflicted with 10+ minutes of Offers that you must listen too and then press # to get to the next Offet... What a load of CRAP

This website was listed on the Florida DMV site for Defensive Driving School so I thought it must be acceptable. They try to get money for EVERYTHING. And they don't tell you that until AFTER they charge your card the initial fee. So it is $5.95 for the class with state processing fees and tax its is about $25. Then to have your certificate emailed they charge $30. Yes, your eyes did not deceive you... $30! Or you can select UPS which is about the same cost as email. Or you can have standard mail which is free but it takes 15-20 business days to get it... which if you were like me, you were only given 60 days to do the class and didn't do it right away. If you need help - $4.95 to talk to someone. They try to charge you to send it to the DMV too! (You can do that yourself by the way) So immediately after the initial purchase I demanded a refund and they ended up giving me the email option for free. But the amount of times they try to push you into buying other stuff is just ridiculous so even after that major service recovery went well, they still only earned one star. Shame on Florida DMV for recommending them.
