There has to be better options then this, they scam yo out of money...the test is ridiculous and if you don't pass you have to pay over $35 again. I had to pay for the course, then to have my certificate emailed then to retest, that was well over $100 and I still don't have my certificate emailed! Rip off

As others have said, this is a scam. First, the education quality is poor. The material is poorly organized and seems to mostly test your ability to memorize statistics. I honestly can say I did not learn a single new thing from the course. But the worst thing was their constant attempts to pry more money out of you. First they make the material hard to read, then bombard you with upgrade offers to turn on the speech reader. But that is nothing, because at the end is when they really start badgering you, not just one time but at least 30 times you are badgered about spending the extra money for an emailed certificate and threatened that they might not send the certificate in time, or at all if you don't pay extra. Then they start walking the money down, making you refuse it at full price, at half price, at a quarter price, at a 10% price. When you attempt to finalize mailing the certificate, they helpfully set all the defaults to paying their ransom, and then when you change them to the proper settings they change them back, and it takes about 3 times of them resetting the default and you changing it before they finally give up. Or do they?

Very dishonest with pricing and must pay $30 to retake test. And $30 more dollars to email the cert! It says five dollars for the class within taxon another 30 for state related fees and then it hides after you pay an additional $30 to email their certification. And then they want more money out of you to tell the DMV that you completed the course or you have to wait 7 to 10 business days for them to speak to the DMV. And wait 7 to 10 business days for them to email you your certification. This company is extremely dishonest and not upfront with pricing.

No matter what you do, they are asking for some sort of purchase. I did the alc +drug and dmv test and after completing each one, it asked me 4 times + to buy addons! It was $30 for them to send an email of my certificate, but free for them to keep begging me to buy more. Also its $6 to have an audio file of the course that already cost $70? Its definitely the lowest price traffic school if you buy ONLY the dmv + alc test. But the begging for money really helps you remember why its so cheap.

They lie in their advertising and their website is designed to take as many dollars from you as they possibly can. It is heavy on the eyes and has a lot of images which is confusing. They say they will charge you as low as 5.94 and they charge you at least 29.25 for the classes. Then, in a dishonest way, they offer you a bunch of things to pay as you go. If you are not paying 100% attention on a scam oriented company, they will get you paying for a lot of stuff you dont need. They have no review before you pay. They offer no refund. You cannot cancel a transaction. The customer service is inexistent. They have charged people twice before and become very hard to be found.

Seriously, dont fall for them. Really dont. They are not honest people.

This site is a complete scam do not use them. I was charged 4 times more then the course costs. I am still trying to get a refund after being on hold for like 2 hours.

Very Deceptive Company regarding charges. Same as other critical reviews. You have no idea you are being charged for things.

This website is a SCAM! They tell you its 10 bucks then they charge a $20 fee and you're like "okay thats okay I guess" but then AFTER you pay they tell you that they will not release your cert until you give them ANOTHER $30!

Getting through the class was simple enough but what they don't tell you is you will be charged extra fees and I had to pay $30 for them to email my certificate! They offer to speed up the process and also send you a text. If you say no, they offer it at an even lower price to con you out of every dollar they can get. $5.94 price guarantee ended up being closer to $65.

I got the course for TLSAE at 7.79 but then I was charged extra 29.95 for some fees. I paid 30 usd just in fees. Scamming people with their cheap tricks

You will be finishing paying more than hundred dollars, don't trust on their advertisment... once you enter your credit card they will be starting charging for everything without your permission. Customer support service is a shame.

Pay up front for the base access, understandable. Then once paid they will berate you with additional options that one would consider basic. Such as proof of completion will take up to 30 days or you can pay for an immediate email. When you elect to go for mail option they try and scare you into paying them to email the certificate. There are two iterations of the examination. It seems the less you pay they more they will make you suffer. Should you pay the minimal you will receive a harder iteration of the exam such that when you fail you will have to pay again to retake. Then you get an easier version. Or if you pay a lot up front you may get the easier one from the start. Anywho, I see them as jelly spined night slime money suckers. I would like to encourage another company, however the grass isn't always seems greener on the other side. Stay safe out there.

This is a complete scam. I finished my Alcohol and Drug test and then they hit you with an extra fee at the end of $30 to receive the certificate. It's unethical and false advertising. I ended up paying more than if I went to a driving school.

They are not the lowest price as advertised, because they charge you excessive fees. We paid for the course and "certificate". At the completion of the course you are informed it will take 30 days for your certificate to be sent to the DMV, but recommends you pay an additional $30 to have the certificate emailed to you.
Will be reporting them to the Attorney General, but please use the DMV approved vendor. They offer a bundles that doesn't cost triple like these crooks.

This course is a scam. They advertise the one fee of $5.95 but you have to pay for "upgrades" including the final test, any test re-take, the completion certificate, and a Florida state processing fee.

I used this site years ago. Back then, you could go over the material and read again if you didn't have the answer to final exam question, and you were given chance to retake if you fail. But now none of those are available and you get charged $25 for retake. Plus, this site tries to charge you left and right for stupid things over and over; from beginning to end. You may end up paying hundreds of dollars, and that is not cheap.
Very disappointed.

They basically suck you in and make sure you only can complete registering after paying over 10 times what they initially advertised and if you fail, you keep getting charged to retake the test
