Unprofessional, loses packages and will not compensate. I ordered my clothes a month before my birthday. Then I see that the company that they ship my packages with couldn't find my house, and returned my things. So when I went to lovely wholesale about it, they told me I needed to pay 20.99 to reship my stuff. Why would I do that when I had free shipping the first time? Why did I pay 1.99 insurance to ship my items but the company doesn't even know how to deliver? Why would they not leave my stuff at the post office where I could pick it up? There is no one USEFUL to talk to when things go wrong, and they take 24 hours to respond and say the same weak automated BS. The extra 20.99 they tried to charge to reship my order is terrible representation of this company. They should be paying my shopping and expediting my order because I did not put the incorrect address. Now I have to expedite my new order and pay for shipping when I never should have in the first place. I read so many good reviews about this company only to be disappointed in how poorly they do things. Beware. This company is garbage.

I order from here all the time. The quality of the clothing is shockingly great considering the price. I have so many cute outfits from here and have even started ordering fashionable clothing for my husband! I get compliments on every item I've ordered from LW!

All of the clothes I received were good quality, tight fitting and stretchy, and the sweatpants were thick and fluffy. I loved all of my items and I purchased $400 worth of clothes. Will definitely shop here again

Ive been shopping with Lovelywholesales for awhile now and there clothing are really great.The material is great.They have outfits for alk occasions.And they do look good on u. Also the prices are super great.I advise everyone to check them out u won't be disappointed.

I have never had a bad experience with this company until recently! I placed an order online mid November. My tracking showed my package would be here by 12/19. It's now 1/1 and I still haven't received my package yet! My first email to customer service I received a response back, but now I have emailed multiple times and no response. The crazy thing is placed a second order mid December and I have received that one as of yesterday. I love their clothes and no problems with anything I purchased but this order something is wrong.

My favorite store to shop from. Clothes are good quality and I'm always satisfied & happy when my orders arrives to my house. I will forever shop here.

This store is terrible the clothes look so cheap the quality is cheap the sizes are super small not American sizes I feel like I was beat out of my money because it would cost more to send them back to CHINA than I paid this is a Chinese base company don't buy!

I purchased some jeans didn't fit so I decided to send them back customer service lady gave me the address took em to the postal service couldn't find the address so I ask again for the address they gave me the same address took em to the ups store it went thur sent them the proof all to get a email saying it's the wrong address they can only give me a coupon for they fuk up I'm not ordering $#*! else they can have it

I ordered two tracksuits of which I didn't like the material for one of them. I contact Lovely Warehouse to get a ticket to send it back. I received the ticket to send it back to them and they received the item on December 2,2022, according to my tracking number. Inside the package was a copy of my receipt from the post office showing the tracking and receipt number that they asked for). I wanted to exchange the black and white tracksuit for a black tracksuit like the one in grey. I have sent them four emails asking for the exchange of the tracksuit that I've sent back to them. I have not received the exchange item or my refund as It is now January 7,2023. I will never order another item from them as this shows how they treat their customers. (So be careful in returning anything to them).
