I returned two outfits supposedly in exchange for the bigger size. They acted as if they didn't get it, asked for a copy of my tracking to proved it was mailed, I sent it along with proof of delivery, I guess they probably thought I didn't have it. Once I sent it, then it became our policy after 30 days, there is nothing they can do. I've was purchasing for a teenager in need and now I'm out $60 plus $10 for the return. They are scam with those cheaply made clothes. Never will I ever. My review to BBB is next.

I love this outfit. It is so summery and fit nicely. Im 6'1 and 268lbs. It fit perfectly on me. Its tight and it good to wear at a party outside

I just received my purchases and I am extremely pleased! The items arrived quickly and looked exactly like their pictures with very nice fabrics and without any weird smells. Even the few items I have to return look great,but just aren't for me,but that isn't because of the supplier it's just some things aren't for everybody. I'm pleased and will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered some clothes based on the company size measurements. Clothes came in and were cheap garbage and did not fit as listed in their measurements. When I reached out to return items they refused to work with me. I also had a terrible allergic reaction to the fabric the moment I started trying on the clothes. The fabric is super cheap, nothing like described. Total waste of money, don't believe their reviews. Most are fake!

Unique clothes I don't see in the states much. I love the colors and other monochrome prints
And cool logos that are totally on point. They've also been prompt to help me with any issues. Great service. Clothes are smooth and soft.

Received everything loved it and will shop again soon already have more items in my cart now on to check out

I get so excited shopping on this website! Clearly for no reason I've ordered 2x and haven't received either package! I ordered since Mach 19 and my package has just been sitting in Los Angeles since the 20th, was supposed to be delivered yesterday 4/4/22! Of course it wasn't tho! I wait 2/3 weeks for nothing have my money tied up for nothing when I could have shopped elsewhere and got my clothes within a week or less! This is ridiculous and if you guys don't find better shipping ways you're gonna lose a whole lot of business considering all these new nice clothing stores popping up. Then to top it all off I can't call anyone and speak directly to a person! Everything is done by email! Shopping with Lovelywholesale is a lovely headache! I'm deleting the app and won't be returning this is stressful and I tried to give the benefit of doubt because I really like the clothes well I thought I would anyway! Guess I'll never know now. Smh Well wishes to this company! Pls do better

Sometimes when ordering from this company I get good stuff but majority of the time the stuff is bad quality (silky like material tht most dnt want/cheap). It use to be cheaper prices but now they went up on their prices and it's not worth it for the material. When shipping cost is already high af. If you hve a boutique I wouldn't shop here. Shipping varies from two weeks to a month. Depending on whts in stock. They don't allow you an option to put a review no more because they know that their stuff is not worth the prices tht they now hve and they dnt want other people to knw. The reviews are not real, come on now everything can't be a 5 star. The lies

I have ordered from them several times and each time I say never again! Well third time was NOT THE CHARM! I recently moved, so I changed my address on the site BEFORE MY ORDER was even done. Finished my order, got to the shipping info and again CHANGED EVERYTHING! Checked before the item shipped and called and made sure that the shipping address was my new address. So please tell me why the STILL SENT MY ITEMSTO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND NOW MY ITEMS ARE SITTING IN A DHL WAREHOUSE IN JACKSONVILLE AND I'M 2 hours away! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING HERE! Shein has almost the exact outfits and their custom service is SO MUCH BETTER!
