I've been a shopper on lovely wholesale for years. And every tear they seem to get better and better; more sufficient. And lastly I've had a couple problems with my orders and they got back to me within 24-48hrs, answered all my questions and came up with solutions.

Consumer: I am missing 1item out of 7 total ordered. My order was divided into 2 shipments. I've checked all items a thousand plus times and contacted your company several weeks and times making sure that you were aware of the issue. But I'm getting the impression that my business is not appreciated and I'm not valued as a customer nor is Lovely Wholesale a company of integrity. If the company is not willing to resolve the issue properly or provide a refund for the one(1) item I did not receive I will be forced to take independent action to have the issue resolved. I've provided several chances to make this right.

Are there actual people working the tickets for customer service issues? The reason I ask is because you continue to reply with the same message and it seems automated stating check my parcels. Obviously you did not take the time to read the prior issue at all-this is very disheartening. IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME AND SERVICE.

I have sent 3 tickets to try to get a refund- and have had no response from this company. The 5 items I order were of very poor quality, looked nothing like the pictures, all made from the same fabric. I just want a refund Lovelywhole-please respond

Ordered 5 outfits from this company- first of all they came balled in in a plastic wrapper. All 5 are absolute garbage-all made from the same fabric-they look absolutely nothing like the pictures. Then we want even talk about trying to send them back cause that is a joke. Keep your money. Go to your local outlet store instead. LovelyWholesale can we talk about a return/refund?
Customer service not good. Just stay away if you a wise shopper. Tracker doesn't work. I emailed the company and they sent me the tracking number that doesn't work. O already had the number can't track the package.
This place is phenomenal and I will definitely order from them again. This is my 2nd time ordering from them and the service was superb. I returned items back that were too small and they refunded me back very quickly. I also placed a new order for a bigger size and they shipped the order out within 24 hours. I love this company and they can definitely count me in as being a loyal customer.
QUALITY IS JUST HORRIBLE! CLOTHES ARE MADE IRREGULAR, SEAMS DON'T LINE UP. CUSTOMER SERVICE KEPT TELLING ME THEY WILL GIVE ME A DISCOUNT, I GOT 20$ BACK, WHAT A JOKE. I LOST MY MONEY BECAUSE I CANT EVEN WEAR ANY OF IT - JUST HOOOOOOOOOOORRIBLE!

Took a long time to receive the order. AN item was missing from the order. I open the other packages and the clothes were of poor quality. I wanted to return them and it took two week for them to tell me where to return items back. You have to pay for the shipping to return the items. Will never order from them again...

So I have been waiting over 48 hours for me to get my refund I initially told them that my debit card had been replaced and I have a new debit card they sent me a message and telling me they already refunded me money to PayPal when I never even paid with PayPal so I am confused why they refundd to my Paypal account when the card don't even match at all so I am having a hard time trying to get my money back from this company I will never order anything from them again because this is too much hassle. The outfit did not look nothing like picture on website either. Be careful what you order
