This company is a scam. Its been 2 months and have not got my outfit, asked for my money back and they are giving me a hard time, but quick to take my money

Great clothes! Fast shipping. Never had a problem with the company. Customer service was good as well. They have a variety of clothing to choose from.
Please be aware of this company's clothes they are not as pictured online received my order to find the order wrong and not to mention all the garments looked nothing close to the photos on there site shipment was packaged terribly overall not a good experience for me poor quality items all around not a a good company I want be ordering from here ever again and highly wouldn't recommend this site not even to my worst enemy

I ordered 5 bathing suits that looked beautiful on line and they all had covers to them and thank God for that because that was the only thing that could possibly be worn. All and I mean all of the bathing suits were not even the same cut as shown on line. They had no seams just cut cheep fabric that was poorly stitched together. It looked like a kid made it in High School.

When you ask customer service for information to track your package they tell you that it needs to come into the country first. Im in EP TX and the package is coming from California. So after they dont give you any information my package still took more than a month to get here. There are way better organized sites than this one so i will not re order.

I can honestly say that Lovelywholesale customer service was great. I had the pleasure of dealing with a HaNi. Was very polite, understanding, & helpful of my issue. Which was the option to pay Western Union wasn't popping up on their site for me to pay this way. And this isn't my first time ordering from them & paying this way. Once I had submitted a ticket to them. It wasn't that long before they had responded back to me. They had there IT team looking into this problem. & I can honestly say that I was able to place another order. & was able to pay it w/Western Union. Like I always do. Within a hour/2. HaNi kept me informed about everything. Including the fact that my order is now just waiting to be shipped out. Yayy! I can't wait to receive them. & yes I will be placing another order w/Lovelywholesale very soon. Thank you Lovelywholesale again.
P.S. I had forgotten to add that Lovelywholesale has very good quality on their clothes. I have actually ordered jeans shirts dresses and all from them. And the materials are very well made. I haven't had to return anything back so far. I have washed dried hung on the line whatever you want to call it to these clothes. And they haven't faded or shrunk yet

I thought I finally found a cheap place that sells really nice clothes. Got to checkout and the shipping was almost $250. Ridiculous and insane. I'm reading reviews first before I waste time shopping.

I am having such a bad experience at this moment and I am so frustrated with this company. People you are losing a lot of costumers and money for a couple of dollars. I ordered for first time and because I loved the clothes and prices I decided that I was going to put a second order without getting my first order. I should have wait and see if they were good. And I already had items I was about to purchase again for 3er time. I am gland I did not make that decision. My experience so far with first order. I ordered 10 different items. I received a message That my order was shipped out in 2 separate packages and that I was going to receive one first because either my items where from different warehouse or because it was a large package and they were going to divide it. Something like that. I received my first package with 4 items. And I was expecting the other package with the rest of items. I try to contact costumer service and they have the balls to tell me that I already received my package and they comfirmed me that they sent my package and that I received. And yes I did received First package but they are not even mentioning anything about second package. They don't recall the message they sent me that I was going to get 2 separate packages. It looks like they forgot about that email that I can send them to refresh their mind. I did received my first package but I have not received my second package and they are not confirming that they have send it to me. So they lied to you in your face. They keep saying I did received items on the day I got my package but they never mention second package. People I don't have 1 item missing here. There are still 6 items missing. And I already order again because I did not know I was going to go through all of this. And I was about to order again. You will loose a good costumer. I want my money back if you are not going to send me the rest of my items. I am going to try to see if there is a way to get my money back through PayPal. I don't know. But I will find out a way if you keep acting like like I am a child to try to play me to avoid refund. It is not going to work. Please work with me and help me. I am frustrated. Thank you

OMG... I came across this site a few months ago and let me tell you their clothes are true to their measurements. Please don't bash the site because of your failure to read the size chart.
