The red mermaid leggings are quite striking so overall I'm pleased and I've already gotten compliments on them but the fabric is a little rough and the black mermaid leggings are spoiled by a huge and ugly logo.

The leggings are pretty and comfortable, but different from the print I wanted. I ordered the LotusX Galaxy Purple leggings, but the leggings look closer to the pattern for the normal Lotus Galaxy Purple leggings. By looking at the stitching, I can tell it was stitched as LotusX and not Lotus, but the pattern still does not match. My biggest concern with it is that there are now two giant white spaces on the butt area, whereas in the picture online only one side has white space, and not nearly as much as my pattern does. Makes me feel like I can't sit down in these and that they will show dirt from sitting easily.
They also don't show the preview of where the LotusLeggings logo will be - I feel that it's at a weird place and the logo is not that attractive, it has way too much white space. The leggings also look way lighter in person than they do in the pictures, including mine.
Even though the leggings are comfortable, I'm hesitant to buy again because I'm afraid the patterns will stray too far from what I wanted. I also want to wait until they change their logo or location of it on the leggings.
The shipping time was reasonable and tracking was helpful.
Love these leggings. Good quality, true sizes... soooo comfy... I want to wear them all the time. They are amazing.

A year ago, the reviews on this website were all really terrible. People complained that the goods never showed up, (mine never did (bought on 15 Dec 2016, 1+ years later!, and I've bought from all sorts of websites online, and have never gotten such a terrible service), there's no tracking information, they would send delayed emails (like 2 weeks after you send them a chaser email) promising follow up or assistance or refunds but they all never come to past. For their benefit, I do believe they do send out products, but they don't actually bother if you receive them or not or do appropriate quality checks.
They now send out emails telling people to leave 5 star reviews for freebies which explains this unnatural influx of 'positive' reviews. If you read a bit more you'd know that this company has a terrible reputation all along and suddenly receives a huge influx of positive reviews? People add reviews for a reason, and a negative experience that leaves a user frustrated and unable to take further action is much more likely to prompt someone to leave their feedback than great service (unless this has always been the case and the experience is exceptionally wonderful that you are compelled to comment to say so). Maybe if a business turns over a new leaf and sets out taking actions to satisfy their dissatisfied customers, maybe the change will be seen over time, but not immediately. Plus Lotus Leggings has never tried to be honest about being unable to deal with orders and have a history of blocking or deleting negative reviews instead of apologizing or coming clean about the huge influx causing delays and etc, so if that ain't fishy I don't know what is. I honestly cannot be bothered to try to retrieve the money I paid for the leggings that never arrive, but they prey on you with cheap prices and limited time offers etc. A better website that gives buyers actual protection and have sellers from China (minus all the extra shipping fees) is Aliexpress. It's really down to consumers to be smart before purchasing, and while I will never profit from leaving this review (again), I've learned my lesson the hard way. I have emails to prove the bull$#*! nonsense they pull.
