Booked a flight that the airline changed to an earlier time. Pretty sure airline contacted every passenger but me. Why? Because the contact information provided to the airline was a support email address and phone number. Would love to know how this is even possible so I call in and first person hung up on me, second was blaming the airline and third I could not understand. Attempted to easily explain and got zero assistamce. I wamt to be contacted by someone in charge of this company

It would be nice if you could be more informative with the covid regulations. I spent half a day calling 15 different numbers trying to find out if I need to be test
I had an issue come up after buy my ticket, but the supervisor Grace called me and sorted everything out and explained everything that I was confused about. The supervisor gave me her sincere apology and assured me that this issue would not happen again, she was very helpful and very efficient! I will definitely use look by fare again as long as they continue to be efficient and considerate of their consumers, by solving issues that may arise and continuing to making necessary changes to improve customer service!
