Every instance, I've had with this service the individuals who call are rude. It's unsettling. My experience was that the plane ride I booked wasn't offered at that price anymore and they needed to offer me different ticket. Fine right. No the customer agent was over explaining the situation and didn't give any major details of what they needed me to do. I had to drag it out of them. I had to ask him the price difference, confirming the airline, seat choice, time of flight. Basic things he should've given forthright. And as he was walking around the key points, he was giving me attitude as if it was my fault the ticket wasn't available anymore. He started to make up things about my bank, my finances, and how i booked the reservation that just weren't true. It was a horrible experience and now the third version of this sort of inability to take accountability.

I was charged extra after I had already paid and was at the airport! A representative called me and told me that my flight had increased in price AFTER I had already paid and was at the airport! They were gonna charge me an extra $90 AFTER I already paid and was at the airport until I threatened talk to a manager! They refused to give me my confirmation number until I paid the difference between the time I booked (5:30am) to the time of boarding (6:15am) ON THE SAME DAY!

I didn't like the fact that when I booked my ticket it was $201.38 then you call to confirm it. Only to find out I can't confirm until you charge another $78 in taxes or I loose my ticket. NOT COOL!

Easy to follow. I was able to go back and force in trying to maximize all the possible alternatives available. In the other hand, the program easily identified recent searches which helped me to get quick response on my searches.
