La verdad hice esta compra con miedo, ya que una hora después de haber comprado los vuelos me entra una llamada de esta agencia diciéndome que tengo que pagar $90 usd más porque el vuelo subió y yo les dije que no aceptaba y me indicaron que tenía que hacerlo o me cambiaban la fecha del vuelo, lo cual tampoco es correcto, entonces les dije que me cancelaran el vuelo que ya no lo quería y el asesor de la línea me dijo que si lo cancelaba me iban a descontar $120 usd de taxes y los iba a perder. Me parece una forma muy deshonesta de venderle a un cliente. Finalmente ese asesor me colgó la llamada.

Website not intuitive. Could be easier to use and directions clearer.
Great customer service! Still disappointed in extra charges that do know show right away when starting your purchase.
My credit card was declined and they kept hounding me for payment. Can't pay if the card is declined. I told them that for 3 days. They called like 20 times a day and left emails 2 to 3 times a day. Finally a young man cancelled the trip after my 3rd call to them!
Why would a flight originating in Canada and terminating in Canada booked by a device with an IP address located in Canada, give me pricing in USD? Disclaimer at the very bottom of the page indicating USD. Why not show the price being quoted as USD from the beginning. Would not use your service again.
First time booking on this site. Had to do it a couple of times before it would go through. Don't understand why.
