As Canadian citizen, the indication of the USD purchasing was NOT clearly shown. The rate of Canadian currency in exchange for US was at 40%. Which was not clearly indicated to the customer. Therefore Your company did Not provide me with a better deal on my ticket from Montreal to Vancouver. I found a better price on Expedia.

My purchase went through, I received my flight details, credit card has been charged, ect… Almost 1hr30 mn, one person called to tell me that the fare changed due to the facts someone else got my fare/seats. Therefore, I need to pay an extra $300. After reasoning with them, I got my exact airline fare. Now, they put a note in my tickets, no carry on bags, nothing. Only laptop and a purse.
