Thanks for asking. I got the Booking reference since yesterday.
However, the Booking confirmation assures that an actual E-ticket will be received within a couple of hours at most in rare cases. I did not get anything within that time frame.
I called this morning to follow up, an agent answered and said I will again, receive a formal E-ticket within a couple of hours.
I called back a few hours later, nothing was received, mentioned to the agent. Liliana (I think that's her name) said they needed 'more time'. So I have no idea what that means.
I have still not received a formal E-ticket so I am worried.
I read the review on line and a Youtube video that someone got scammed as they have never booked anything from this site. I am worried at this point.
From finding and booking the flight, to check-in, to flight carry adjustments and more, everything was very well informative and planned. The entire experience was very smooth to say the least!
We can put trust to this site for ticket booking.It is easy and fast.

I didn't know that it was in US dollars so I saw a different amount on my visa register. Then I understood it was because of the change rate. I didn't know Lookbyfare was a US company. It took more than 24 hours to have my tickets, but I finally got them.

I was on the lowest point after losing my family member. The customer service person I wish I had his name some how figured out how to help me get a last minute fix because I needed to go ASAP to the destination from DCA to MAF. The person was kind and helpful. He even went through the struggle to get me a sit I couldn't afford at the time. I home some day I will have an opportunity to give my gratitude to that man.
