I ordered items for the value of $100, and ended up never receiving them. Even though delivery shows up as "from Germany", the items got stuck in the UK customs, I got a fine which I refused to pay, and ended up losing my money. Completely disappointed
Honestly, I discovered this website a few weeks before in December. I decided to make my first purchase as I saw YouTube videos of girls ordering from this website and hyping it up. I checked out the site & made a $135 purchase with multiple items in addition to two more orders... Totaling to $230. To my dismay, it took legitimately a little under a month to deliver the first packaging and not to mention that NONE OF THE ITEMS FIT! From all three purchases, I had to return all but one item, which was just a basic sweater. I paid $35 to return all three of my orders and not to mention that this website is so NOT reliable -- quality is crappy and shipping the items back blows. (Should've expected it). I'm HOPING Lookbook store doesn't lose my packaging and gives me the full refund (the remaining bits of it anyway after shipping costs). I will NEVER purchase from this site again.
If you're planning to update your wardrobe, be it for a season update of wardrobe or you just would like to have a new fashion item then you should check lookbookstore's items! They've got like 5 new items everyday! Not to mention that all of the clothes I added to my wishlist are on SALE right now! I'm getting excited about this like really REALLY excited.
Lookbook Store has been around for a few years now and I can see that they're improving in terms of product quality and customer service. I've been shopping in their store for quite some time now that's why I know that they're improving. Keep up the good work you guys!
I ordered from Lookbookstore.com for my first time and received my items after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the items didn't fit me so I had to send it back for a bigger size. Spend $26 just to return it to them. $26... for 2 items. Ridiculous! That's more than half of what my items costs! They did not provide me with any return shipping label, NOTHING. I've ordered from sites who will pay for the shipping fee back to their return department. I even called them and emailed them to complain and they were rude. It was my first time and my LAST time ordering from them. Also, the quality of their clothes aren't that great... Not worth it.
I want to see more accessories and some scarves on your website and your clothes are fashionable and awesome too!
I was looking for some cute dress for my daughter and I was scoring the net for some ideas when I happen to see your store. I'm not really a fan of online stores because I heard some of them are scams and such but boy I was wrong. I just received my package and my gosh. My daughter was so happy for the present that I thought to myself. I ain't no believing things other people say about online stores.

Thank you Lookbook Store for selling really trendy items. I just received my order after a month of waiting. I thought the store forgot about my order but it turns out it just got lost in the mail here. When I checked the postage stamp, it got to my country after 15 days. So I guess my local post is at fault here. Hehe
I had no idea that Lookbook Store has great clothing selections until I went to their site. I used to see them on instagram. When I checked their site, I'm surprised that their prices are just right. Just like Forever 21. Anyway, I went ahead and bought a blazer from them. They say it'll take 15 to 20 days for it to reach me. Hopefully, it'll arrive in time for Christmas. It's just sad that it takes that long.
What I love about this store is that they have giveaways every week. And the items they giveaway are really stylish and trendy. Not cheap ones that some online stores do. Recently, they're giving away e-gift cards worth up to $500. I joined and hopefully I win. If you want to win, you should join as I heard the promo will only run until Dec. 4th!
I'm trying to look for a dress that I can wear for our Winter Dance. I know, I still have a few more weeks to shop but hey a girl needs a month to look and shop for the perfect dress right? And honestly, I've been scoring the shops here but I still can't find the perfect dress and I'm kinda losing hope. I really like this guy and I want him to notice me during the dance, you know what I mean? So I'm really REALLY thankful that a friend of mine recommended Lookbook Store and OMG! The long wait is over and I finally received the package! My mom even scolded me for waking her up since i couldn't help but scream when i received the package! Waiting for 15-20 days for the shipment of your products is just a small price to pay for your affordable products! I can't stop browsing your store and checking out new products. I even can't stop talking about Lookbook store that even my fashionable friends are already complaining!
Lookbook Store is a really great store! I can tell that they're still new but I can see they have a lot of potential of becoming the next big thing in fashiong retail. They really have a wide array of selections. And most of the clothes they sell are really unique. Really worth the buck. The chat support is also active. I chatted with one of their sales rep over chat at 12 midnight EST time and there's actually someone who would chat back. I also like the fact that they don't accept credit cards. So at least I don't have to worry about that. I just use paypal. Overall, my experience with this store is really positive. So 4 stars! I'm leaving one star out for more improvements. Hehehe
4 Stars! Lookbook Store always have classy dresses and I love all of them. If I have all the money in the world, I'll buy all of them. But I'll settle down with their ruched cocktail dress for now. Hopefully my purchase will arrive any day now. It's been 2 weeks already!
I read that their products are from China? Well I really don't care because their selections are great and unique. Oh, did I mention sexy? Oh yes they are! That's where I bought my sequin top a few months ago and I love it. My friends keep asking me where I bought mine and I woulnd't tell them. Ha! But they eventually found out anyway. Hahaha! Anyway, will I shop at the store again? You bet I would. Too bad missed their Halloween promotion. I heard they put all their sexy dresses in discount process. I should probably sign up to their newsletter.
