Clothes were nothing like they look online - color, size, length of time to arrive. I would NEVER order from this site again...
I've ordered several items from Lollicuture and loved each one! I never had a problem with my order it's always delivered promptly and that's a plus for me. The jumpers and dresses fit me perfectly. (Except for one that was a little short for my liking) but overall I loved it! I will definitly continue to shop Lollicuture.
The website was great, the choices of clothing were even better. I only wish there were more tops/blouses that had longer sleeves.
I ordered a bathing suit, got it, didn't even have to try it on to see that the cup size wouldn't fit. They said they would send me the RMA approval/disapproval in 24 hours. It's been 72 hours and still no word. I called and was put on hold for 12 minutes only to be told that I could not return a bathing suit if I opened the package. So I could have returned it if I had never looked at it. This policy is ridiculous. I will post on fb and Yelp to NEVER do business with Lolli and I am also going to contact the Better Business Bureau, as not only do they not follow their own policies when it is convenient to them, but their policies are ridiculous.
I was happy to see what I thought was the total order arrive on Monday, since I placed the order at the end of the previous week. However, I was disappointed to discover the swimsuit wasn't included & was informed via the invoice it was on backorder. When I called to inquire as to why I wasn't told this at the time I placed the order, the young lady was not pleasant & seemed quite bothered by my questioning. She responded by telling me all swimsuit orders take an additional 3-4 days to process. I should've been told that at the time the order was placed. This caused me to have to go out & spend additional money to get a different swimsuit so my daughter could be prepared for her trip this coming weekend. Nobody even apologized for this oversight. And the customer service person could've been a bit more pleasant about it. I should've kept the order canceled from when I called back the 1st time to point out I had been charged for 2 swimsuits instead of 1 and the customer service rep canceled the total order instead of just removing the 2nd duplicate swimsuit & seemed bothered when I had her do the order over & send confirmation that my card wouldn't be charged twice. My daughter & I were disappointed. Thank You for reaching out to inquire but I don't know if I will be using Lolli again. Customer service can make or break a company. Had these ladies not seemed so bothered by my questioning & been at least pleasant I wouldn't hesitate to order again & recommend the site to my friends here at the Hospital I work at. I have ordered swimsuits here before and they were true to size, this bathing suit however was not and due to the return policy I am stuck with a suit I cannot wear, very diapointed as I was really looking forward to wearing this.
I have no huge complaints... little minor ones like the shipping label they sent me for a return... I cannot use it in Canada. So, I got stuck with the wrong sunglasses they sent me.
Also, sometimes I don't get all the items I order. And then I receive a refund later... its always a little disappointing. Everything I do receive though, I LOVE LOVE LOVE! :)
Horrible follow through and accessibility with customer service. Sales items are non-returnable but you can't exchanged them wither, even though the sizes seem to be all over the board. All products that I ordered were size small. Some fit and some would not fit a Barbie Doll. Some product had spots, some were not as pictured. Will not shop there again.
I was very satisfied with my purchase and I love the sandals they are just what I ordered and they arrive within the 7-10 days so I will order from lollicouture again.

The prices are decent after the coupon, however shipping is ridiculously too expensive! Especially when I bought enough to qualify free shipping and none of the customer service phone numbers work! What the HELL is that about?
